I have been shopping with Botach Tactical for well over a decade. The customer service has always been second to none. The clearance sales are amazing and there firearms are reasonably priced and they have some hard to get items also at great prices. When I search for new Tactical gear I always go to Botach first!

Shady business practices
Bought many times from them in the past. They listed an item for sale, I bought it, then received an email saying item out of stock and order cancelled. Then the same item is back in stock in their store at twice the price. Shady business tactics, i recommend avoiding.

I order a product it was out of stock. They said they will send an email. I never got an update when I asked for my money back all the products they took forever to return my money. I never got my products. I tried to talk to them on the phone, they would pick up and hang up when they picked up. The sales rep wood be upset.
