I received my product quickly and started using it immediately. So easy to use and feel it is going to work well but time will tell.
I am writing this review to provide a five star review for their customer service. I had an unfortunate accident with my revita eyes... and they replaced my product ever so fast. Was delivered to me within the week! EXCELLENT customer service.

Had baggy eyes & sometimes dark-circles under eyes that made me look tired & old all the time. Had tried several serums & eye treatments (costly, time-consuming & not or very short-term improvement). This device solved all my previous problems - live it!

I am so happy with the customer service that I recently received with my unit. It’s suddenly stopped working and I only purchased it a couple of months ago. I took a video and sent it to customer service and they sent a new unit out right away, which I was really pleased with!

I think I’m starting to see results! I would have loved a little more instructional guidance (for example on the difference between the levels and how they are beneficial). Also, if feels like my device stimulates one side more strongly than the other, which is bothersome. Other thank those things, I’m liking it and hoping to continue seeing results.

I saw a visible difference in just one treatment. I bought a gel cream as recommended by botanique. I use the device for 10 minutes. I use the cream they sent as well with my purchase. I wish you would let me post a picture so I could show you the difference in just one treatment amazing.
