I experienced from day one in ordering the glasses nothing but positive, helpful, timely shipping/delivery process..... Once I did receive the glasses and realize that there were defective, I immediately reached out and Hazel went above and beyond customer service that I've experienced in a long time with a lot of different products. I purchased RevitalEyes January 2026 to try and shrink my eyebags. I have used it daily since and have yet to see any difference. Tonight I charged the set as usual, when it showed fully charged I set it to my usual preferance but although it is lit up there is no vibration whatsoever, I have no idea why but it seems to have developed a major fault, I feel, for me, it has been a complete waste of time and money. Pretty upsetting really

Excellent customer service! Almost two weeks after receiving my device it became defective.
