I had a great customer service…

I had a great customer service experience with Cath. My unit stopped charging after a month and they were quick to respond and to resend a new unit. Looking forward to starting the routine back up!

From defective to definitely positive!

I experienced from day one in ordering the glasses nothing but positive, helpful, timely shipping/delivery process..... Once I did receive the glasses and realize that there were defective, I immediately reached out and Hazel went above and beyond customer service that I've experienced in a long time with a lot of different products. I'm waiting for the replacement shipment.But look forward to continuing a very positive experience. Bravo!!!

Excellent products and customer experience!

Excellent effective products that keep their promises! The value for money is excellent. Special mention to the customer experience department which is proactive. I had an issue with a device and after a few emails they agreed to send me another one. I appreciate companies that trust their customers and cherish their loyalty.

RevitalEyes

I purchased RevitalEyes January 2026 to try and shrink my eyebags. I have used it daily since and have yet to see any difference. Tonight I charged the set as usual, when it showed fully charged I set it to my usual preferance but although it is lit up there is no vibration whatsoever, I have no idea why but it seems to have developed a major fault, I feel, for me, it has been a complete waste of time and money. Pretty upsetting really

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Almost two weeks after receiving my device it became defective. After a few emails back and forth, the customer service representative, Cath, decided the device should be replaced. I was starting to see results so looking forward to incorporating Revital eyes back into my routine. Thanks so much!!
