Recieved my glasses
Won't charge properly. Goes green then straight back to red. Back and forth emails. Now expect me to put this plastic crap on my eyes abd do a video????? Anything to avoid a refund. And i paid extra for warranty
Just robbing parasites. Won't even send email address for complaints. Will send a complaint to trading standards. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Another update. Getting completely ignored by this rip-off company now. Iv been asked by citizens advice to get there complaints email address but ignored.
Unable to find any details of this either. Or no contact number. Says it all really. Iv been back in contact with citizens advice but heard nothing yet. Have to go to them first to get onto trading standards. Dont want these thieves getting away with it
Still no hope of getting my money back. I want people to read a excellent review about this dodgy company by a lady Chloe Hamard. If you haven't been put off by now this review will do it. I only wish id bothered to check these thieves out better

I purchased their red light therapy eye glasses and use them for a month. They did not make one bit of difference to my eye area. I contacted them and wanted to return this item to which date requested that I sent them a video together with a running five day picture with proof of date and time of me using these glasses what person in their right mind spend £71 while they’re on offer for eyeglasses they have an issue with their eye area that would lie that they don’t work. If they worked, why would I want to return them? the video was proof that I was wearing them properly. Have you heard such a ridiculous thing. The second issue with these was that they are supposed to pulsate you are supposed to click under the eye area on one side and it turns up the pulsation around the eye which it only worked on one side of the glasses when it wanted to work anyhow I was told that I could return the glasses and they would send me a prepaid label. LIE number 1. I was told after I waited a day or so to receive this label that they don’t offer that service and that it’s at a cost to me however as I was told the wrong information on this occasion they will pay for my item to be returned tracked at a cost of £25.85. Ever since I’ve returned the item, they have refunded me for the glasses but now i’m battling with them over my refund of the postage. Hazel has sent me email after email stating that I will receive the refund. She told me that bank Easter Friday the money the £25.85 had been refunded to my Paypal account. We are now on Thursday. April 9 and still no refund Noah has basically told me to get lost I’m not getting any more money, but Hazel has told me that it’s already been refunded, but it’s not in my account so somebody is lying and I’m sorry to say that I think that’s Hazel. So now I have to take legal action against them for thousands of pounds cause that’s what it’s gonna end up costing because they won’t refund me my £25.85.
STAY AWAY from this company they are an absolute disgrace. They are con artists. I received the glasses and used them on the 24th of February and I’m still battling with them on the 9th of April..

The refund WAS PROCESSED FOR THE ITEM NOT THE POSTAGE as clearly stated in emails received from Hazel. All good solicitors are now going to be involved. Below is the email text I received from them (as i cant attach the proof, although i have on social media)
‘ I truly apologize for the
frustration you're experiencing. I want to clarify that all refunds, including the postage amount, have been processed on our end. However, I understand that you may not see the funds reflected in your account yet, especially given the holiday.
Refunds can sometimes take a little longer to show up in your account due to bank processing times, and I completely understand how concerning that can be. I assure you that we have done everything necessary on our side to ensure you receive your full refund of £96.85, including the £25.85
for postage.’
The Attorney General in LA and the Best Buy‘s will be informed about what’s going on with this company and solicitors are going to be involved if this is not resolved they’ve offered me $100 voucher which just pay me what you promised me you’re an absolute disgrace of a Company. I have it all in writing what you’ve promised and your backtracking and I’m gonna sue the backside of you.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Please read this review and beware! This is a scam, they will take your money and send you a fake delivery notice and a follow up email “delivered” that is not traceable back to any courier. When you tell them your product was not delivered they tell you it was and they are not liable for any undelivered items as in the small print. They then ask for more money to send you another product but cannot guarantee delivery! Do not purchase, do not give them your details and please please let everyone else you know that this company is a scam.

When my revitaleyes arrived, I charged them up first as instructed. I cleaned my face and added my eye cream. When I but the item on only one side seemed to work.
I reached out to customer support, Cath responded to me with instructions on what to do.
I have to admit that at first I thought, this is another company trying to come up with excuses why their product doesn’t work.
I did what Cath instructed me to do and it WORKED!!! I was so excited to know that there are still some companies out there that are not trying to beat you out of your money.
If you have an issue with one side working and the other side not working, add the straps to it to pull the product closer to your face or add more serum or cream under your eye.

I just want to let you know that I thought my machine was broken and reached out to customer service. They suggested I try the original charging cable and it worked! yay!
I had charged it but was a different cable that I thought was the same. But I guess not all cables are made the same.
