I’m super happy with my purchase and I will admit I had some doubts about the effectiveness of the product, but the reviews were good so I was willing to try. I have to say that this product has worked. I am 3 1/2 months in and the bags are underneath my eyes have significantly improved and I am super happy with my purchase. Worth every penny!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
I purchased their red light therapy eye glasses and use them for a month. They did not make one bit of difference to my eye area. I contacted them and wanted to return this item to which date requested that I sent them a video together with a running five day picture with proof of date and time of me using these glasses what person in their right mind spend £71 while they’re on offer for eyeglasses they have an issue with their eye area that would lie that they don’t work. If they worked, why would I want to return them? the video was proof that I was wearing them properly. Have you heard such a ridiculous thing. The second issue with these was that they are supposed to pulsate you are supposed to click under the eye area on one side and it turns up the pulsation around the eye which it only worked on one side of the glasses when it wanted to work anyhow I was told that I could return the glasses and they would send me a prepaid label. LIE number 1. I was told after I waited a day or so to receive this label that they don’t offer that service and that it’s at a cost to me however as I was told the wrong information on this occasion they will pay for my item to be returned tracked at a cost of £25.85. Ever since I’ve returned the item, they have refunded me for the glasses but now i’m battling with them over my refund of the postage. Hazel has sent me email after email stating that I will receive the refund. She told me that bank Easter Friday the money the £25.85 had been refunded to my Paypal account. We are now on Thursday. April 9 and still no refund Noah has basically told me to get lost I’m not getting any more money, but Hazel has told me that it’s already been refunded, but it’s not in my account so somebody is lying and I’m sorry to say that I think that’s Hazel. So now I have to take legal action against them for thousands of pounds cause that’s what it’s gonna end up costing because they won’t refund me my £25.85.
STAY AWAY from this company they are an absolute disgrace. They are con artists. I received the glasses and used them on the 24th of February and I’m still battling with them on the 9th of April..

The refund WAS PROCESSED FOR THE ITEM NOT THE POSTAGE as clearly stated in emails received from Hazel. All good solicitors are now going to be involved. Below is the email text I received from them (as i cant attach the proof, although i have on social media)
‘ I truly apologize for the
frustration you're experiencing. I want to clarify that all refunds, including the postage amount, have been processed on our end. However, I understand that you may not see the funds reflected in your account yet, especially given the holiday.
Refunds can sometimes take a little longer to show up in your account due to bank processing times, and I completely understand how concerning that can be. I assure you that we have done everything necessary on our side to ensure you receive your full refund of £96.85, including the £25.85
for postage.’
The Attorney General in LA and the BBB will be informed about what’s going on with this company and solicitors are going to be involved if this is not resolved they’ve offered me $100 voucher which just pay me what you promised me you’re an absolute disgrace of a Company. I have it all in writing what you’ve promised and your backtracking and I’m gonna sue the backside of you.

Received as a birthday gift from my Son it was something Ive been wanting to try for the longest time when I received it i was so excited but one side wasn’t working and also the free eye cream wasn’t in the packaging so I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement and said they would send me the eye cream as well ….i just got it in the mail today letting it charge very excited to try it out hopefully it works but Again no eye cream 🤷🏼♀️

I thought my Revitaleyes were not sending equal current to both my eyes, so I reached out to Botanique Paris to see if there was something wrong with my frames.
Cath was very quick to respond and gave me a list of suggestions to get the most from my frames.
I hadn’t been using the strap, which pulls the frames tighter to your face and I also needed to be more generous with the gel I was applying under my eyes.
The frames were fine and the quick response and help from Cath was greatly appreciated.
Botanique Paris obviously cares that their customers are satisfied with their product!

I’ve been using the Revital Eyes red light therapy from Botanique Paris since February, and I have to say—I’m genuinely impressed. I started with very puffy under-eyes and had already tried just about everything, including instant depuff creams, with little success.
Within just one month of using this device once a day for 10 minutes, I noticed amazing results. The puffiness significantly reduced, and my under-eye area looked much more refreshed. I’m someone who believes in giving products a fair shot—I usually commit to at least 90 days before deciding if something works—and this one started showing results well before that mark.
About two months in, the eye stimulation feature stopped working, which was definitely frustrating. I reached out to customer support, and while troubleshooting didn’t fix the issue, they made things right by sending me a replacement. That really stood out to me. I was disappointed to pause my routine, but thankfully it wasn’t for long, and I’ve been back to using it consistently.
I didn’t take before-and-after photos since I never planned on writing a review, but the difference has been noticeable enough that I felt it was worth sharing my experience.
Overall, great results and excellent customer service.
