So far I am loving this! I suffer from allergies and always wake up puffy, also I just turned *cough cough* 40. It really helps to de-puff, and I’m already noticing a more even color tone. I’ve been using it every morning for 3 weeks, and will continue to! Keep them results coming! 🤩

I used the glasses consistently daily for 3 months. I saw no puffy eye bag improvement. It seems like the current was not consistent on both eyes. Also sometimes it worked better than others. If i squished the glasses tight to my face I could feel the current more. But they didnt really fit right and I was unsure where the glasses were to be touching the eyebags or under them? So I attempted to return them and they want me to do a video and daily photos to "approve" the return. This is invasive to my life and I will be filing a dispute for an attempted return based on my dissatisfaction with the glasses.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Bontanique Paris. I purchased their Revital Eyes 2-in-1 Red Light Therapy device, and before even opening the package, I decided to return it. I contacted customer service right away to request a return and full refund, only to be told they would not honor it unless I could prove that I used the device and that it didn’t work.
This makes absolutely no sense—why should I have to open and use a product just to qualify for a return? The item was completely unused and unopened, and they still refused to process a refund. It feels like they are intentionally making their return policy difficult and unreasonable.
Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and frustrating to deal with. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept repeating the same policy without any willingness to accommodate a basic return request.
I would not recommend purchasing this product—or anything—from this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect fair treatment or support.

I was concerned about the performance of the device after six months. When I contacted support they provided detailed information and told me if I was still having issues they would repair or replace it. Fortunately, the problem was solved quickly. Service was excellent!

I’ve received this device last year and have been using it faithfully since then. I even take it on vacation. I literally use it every day. The device is still working, but the temples fell off, and I have to tape the nose part. This is a quality device. I contacted the support team. I did not have my information like order number or when I ordered it. I sent pictures of the device and they did not hesitate to troubleshoot everything with me. They stood behind their product and they are mailing another device. The customer service is top-tier. I am glad I stuck with this company and did not go with the other copy cat companies.

Units are faulty. They work as expected but they malfunction and have burned my under eye. Customer service told me to gift them to a friend and stop using them. Do not purchase I am getting legal advice to proceed with suing them for damage to my skin
The first pair I got stopped working and I was upset because I noticed a difference. So they sent me a new pair but they are faulty now they aren’t so nice. I am being forced to sue this company. Do not purchase

The RevitalEyes device is very cool. I do wish you could start with a sustained lower level microcurrent. My eyes were watering and I could only use very briefly BUT I can totally see how this device will help with my under eyes issues. Unfortunately I ordered the peach serum and never received it and the company won’t respond to my emails so there’s that. But the RevitalEyes is a really neat device.

Not only does this device work but the customer support is next level. It's always a bit scary ordering from an online company - I looked at the RevitalEyes 20 times before I finally said what do I have to lose - I spend more on wine in a month. I had an issue and contacted customer support and within hours someone contacted me and they went above and beyond my expectations.

I had difficulty with the device not working on one side. Hazel in customer service was great, saw the issue, and ordered me a replacement device right away. The replacement device works great and I'm now able to look forward to seeing improvements with my under eye bags!

I had a great experience. I couldn't find the confirmation email with my shipping so I reached out to customer service and they replied within just a couple hours. There was a glitch between my payment with Affirm and Botanique Paris. Hazel in customer service was able to sort out what happened and now my product is being shipped. All resolved within 24 hours top to bottom.

Top Notch!! The glasses actually work and on top of that customer service is amazing! One arm broke on my revital eyes glasses and I lost my receipt. Customer service responded to my email within hours, found my order and investigated my claim. Within 24 hours I was contacted again and even though the damage was not considered to be covered under warranty, they offered to replace my pair at no cost, I just had to pay $10 for shipping. Great product, great company. Highly recommend 😊

I recently bought the product for my birthday. I used it once and the next time I went to use it the microcurrents did not work anymore.
I emailed support and they responded to my email right away. They sent me a series of questions about the product and my usage of it. I answered all the questions I also took a picture and video of the product not working. They helped me immediately and let me know that my product was still Within the warranty. My new product is on the way and I'm extremely happy because I was really worried that I just got in a defective product and I was going to be stuck with it. But they made the situation right!
