Having purchased the RevitalEyes, a fault developed after a month. I contacted Botanique Customer Services via email. They came back very quickly apologising for the fault and saying I could have a full refund or a replacement pair. I chose the replacement pair which are already on the way to me. All sorted in a day.......very happy 😄.

I had an issue with my RevitalEyes device within the 90 day warranty time frame and Cath from customer service was wonderful in helping me get my issue resolved the same day I reported it. 10/10 customer service experience.

Took me a while to consider to write a review cos I had high hopes and find the good in companies
However after receiving the product it worked one time yes red light came on for the timed 10 min
And the tingling vibration did its job
The next day nothing
Only red light no tingling sensation
I tried all their suggestions
Crème under the eyes position it well etc
But nothing nada rien
So I contacted them
Couple of emails and videos I had to send and later they sent me a replacement
Fair enough
However that one never worked
As of today I had numerous ( now we re probably past 10 emails )
Apologies etc and asking me to send many many videos
Each email of them was like. ; we understand your frustration but can you sent another video doing this and that
Wth ??

Cos now I started asking for a refund
And nope let’s wear her out till she gives up

Very impressed from presentation and then to discover it really works!
It’s so easy to operate as long as you have a conductive gel for it to work the microcurrent levels.

I purchased the botanique under eye light therapy around 12 months ago !
I cannot fault the product as it has certainly made a noticeable difference to my under eye appearance.
Unfortunately 2 evenings ago the arm snapped !
I contacted the company the next day and they replied within hrs , after alittle correspondence they have confirmed they are sending out a new device immediately . I Can't fault !!!
I would totally recommend this company for its care, value , quality & customer service , totally trust worthy !

Yes I did reach out to yr team as I know my rights. You will except return if I pay and send it to USA address. This is disgraceful. I DID NOT ORDER A SECOND DEVICE. You sent and billed me for the second device 1 week after I had received the first device. I did not order a second device.
Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, I am not obliged to bear any cost for returning goods that were not clearly and expressly agreed to. You need to pay and you need to stop scamming people.
SCAM - DO NOT USE
I ordered I face mask and they sent me 2 and charged me for 2. They will not accept the return for the one I did not order. They will give me 50% of the full amount not the full refund. This is a definite SCAM. DO NOT USE

I’ve been using the glasses for about 2 weeks. Dark circles are reduced, but I’m still looking forward to my bags decreasing.
Botanique sent me the gift of the multi spectrum chin and neck therapy and I have added it into my evening routine.
