A tiny confusion with package tracking when US courier handed off to Canada Post. Then the package arrived a day early, well wrapped and in good shape. Customer service was excellent: replies immediately to my outreach, confirmed package location and followed up proactively.

I found there was not enough information given.
I did not know how long to wear the device. And, I thought the device did not work at first because I did not press the buttons in the correct sequence. Better instructions would have mitigated my frustration.

Well first of all I’ve noticed progress from using this product. But I was mostly impressed when it started not working exactly right and I emailed outside of the return policy timeframe and they sent me a replacement! I very much appreciate the excellent customer service

I like how the masks works the muscles underneath the eyes, but my face is too small and I often have to shift the mask and hold it on. The chin and neck tightening, I’ve only used twice. It says go upward, but I find the difficult to do when I get my chin area. No improvements yet using either but I’m hoping to see something in the next few weeks or I’ll update my review.

First of all, I have had eye bags for some time now and, as I get older, the bags have gotten considerably worse. Even with getting a good 8 hours of sleep, exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water and eliminating as much stress as possible, the bags are always there and even make my eyes feel tired. I have sunk money into so many serums and even tried Botox twice! This is the only thing that has worked! I use it daily and my eyes look so bright and alert and I look and feel rested! The vibration started going out after two months (probably just a faulty device) and they made it so easy to replace and I have another one on the way now! I am so thankful because I finally found a solution to my stubborn bags (which are hereditary) and I panicked not having a working one! Your team is amazing and Hazel was so helpful! Thank you and God bless you for your service to others!

Never received my package (red light glasses), received an email 13 days after order that delivery was “attempted” and could not be made because of”incorrect address”. Then proceeded to verify my correct address, which is on a major street in NYC.
Then told that it was my responsibility to track down with the chinese shipping company “Yanwen Express”, and give them “landmarks” so they can deliver. Well what do you know the number provided for Yanwen Express does not work.
Disputing charge, and plan on blowing this company up any way I can on social media / google reviews.

I’ve tried other brands with similar features but this product and how the styling is, is perfect and does not require gel pads for conducting its duty!! Love the glasses which allows you to be mobile if needed and not laying to ensure a secure connection to your eye! Also love the color options!
