No package. No message. Web site down. Naturally, I've had order delays this past month, but they haven't made an attempt to keep me updated. They just vanished.

Paid for a pair of gorilla gloves a few months back got a text with a fake tracking number aswell as a non working site link don’t let them scam you people out of your money go somewhere else

Took about 5 months of patience to wait for the gloves to arrive. When I received the notification that they have arrived, all hopes that left my body instantly flooded back. When I came home to see my package, I instantly opened and to my expect instant anger enraged me as they had shipped me some random gloves that was entirely different to what I had ordered. Wanted to contact customer service but there's no way of doing that since their site got taken down. MAJOR SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM 100%

Scam 2 months later no reply to emails no communication. The arrive app used to track order didn't help either. SCAM.

EDIT: Order has finally arrived. In the two separate arriving packages I received were A) A pair of gloves I never even ordered in the complete wrong size, and B) A paper thin, piece of s*** windbreaker that I never even ordered that was 3 sizes too big. And C) Well, there is no C. I never even got anything that wasnt the third thing I ordered. Good thing this company no longer exists. May they be burdened with bad karma for the rest of their lives for robbing people blind.

It has now been 4 months since I placed my order with them, nothing has arrived yet. This was placed before major delays were caused by covid19, this company is a genuine scam and it looks like they got the best of quite a few people. I hope you see these reviews before you placed an order, because you will not recieve anything, and you will not get your money back. Screw this company, and I mean that whole heartedly.

I have ordered 2 pair of large black gloves on February 4th. By February 5th Botevpeak received the payment for product. I have downloaded Arrive and have been attempting to track my order. I believe I have been above patient. I have contacted Botevpeak a number of times, and have received NO response. All that I am asking for is a response!!! I hope that they still arrive. At this point I just am not confident they will. I understand this pandemic has a lot of things out of sink. But, all the more reason to respond to customers emails and return contact.
I have a 2 because I'm not completely forgetting about this. Once they arrive or I give up up I will come back and change or update my review...

A one is generous I ordered my gloves a month ago no response symphony of emails I recommend people not order from this company ever

I ordered my gloves 2 months ago and have not received them. I emailed 3 times no response. If i do not get my gloves in a couple more weeks i will be looking to a class action lawsuit, who's with me?

Face book Add. I ordered the Thermo Peak jacket on February 29th. CC charged March 2. 2 emails and they have not responded.
Today I received an prepackage in the mail from a company called SF Express in Jamica New York. This is NOT the order. SCAM.
I'm going to reach out to FB too. Their advertisers are poor quality and this is the worst.

Scammers, ordered my glove couple months ago and haven’t received them yet,can’t contact anybody

Do not trust this company they are scammers. I order my gloves as posted through FaceBook. I assumed FB would not allow posting of ads for such shady companies but i guess they did! When I tried to access the ad I was not able to, it had been taken down. The website link also not active. I had to dispute charges with my CC. I assume they con you to buy from the ads and then either do not send the product or send you crap.

I really wanted to give this a zero Stars I ordered the gloves January 24th I received gloves on April 4th the gloves I receive are wind resistant gloves junk I don't need them I want my money back and I can't get ahold of anybody because it says the site is not available anybody with any intelligence please do not buy these gloves they will rip you off this company is a hoax it's horrible and all I've gotten is a lot of headaches from it

Ordered my gloves on Feb 22. After 6 emails and a refund request still haven't heard a thing.

So waist of time and fukinng money. They keep selling stuff to people and never send shiiitt. I already order some back pack and some other stuff and I never got it. No phone numbers to contact. I send like 20 emails and no respond. So bad company. They should banned from the site !

Look I just got my pare of gloves and they are in fact what they promised I downloaded arrived the app to track my packages and I also did it on google it’s not ducking hard to track them stop saying it’s a scam the only problem is the shipping I waited until today to get the product . I ordered it on March 10 and got it on April 6 but I can’t complain with wats going on with covid-19 y’all need to understand that it will take time but y’all will get the product .Majority of these one star reviews are honestly people who don’t have patience or are just trying to ruin the company

Ordered the Thermopeak Outdoor Jacket...got a damn paper thin windbreaker...it took a F'in month to get here and then I get his Sh!+! Company is a fraud do not order a damn thing from these ppl!

Took my money in February, never sent the product, website is gone now.
