Definitely the worst company on the market so far!
What a splendid mistake to sign up here! If I didn't care for all the employees that work in this diaster of a company, I would wish them to sink very fast!
I have been trying to cancel my contract for four months, have sent them emails, and have spoken to people. And just absolutely nothing happens.
Do yourself a favour. Even if you have to pay more, run to another company. Fast!

increadibly bad service
to all that read, avoid this company. On top of the already written comments, in my case it's more than a month since I have started I contract, and I still haven't even received the router. I called more than 10 times, every time a different nonsense answer is given, if an answer at all. 3 - 4 times the reply was 'we will call you until X time', but no call back came. The customer service does not even know basic data about their own service, and the amount of frustration is like I have never experience. Avoid this company

I don't know how to give a rating below 1 star but I wish I could. If you plan on using inexio plan on only being able to watch a couple YouTube videos (if they even load for that matter)... Forget about gaming... The internet cuts out around every 5 seconds or so, so good luck for those that require a consistent connection to any type of server requiring a consistent connection.
