Ordered a jacket on February 17th. As of today (March 13th) it hasn’t arrived and the company has not responded to my 3 emails. This is unacceptable. They suck!

I received my order. Was honestly concerned because of the coronavirus getting out of hand. Wouldnt have been angry if it had taken longer. Glad I got it though.

Loved my gloves up until my dog chewed them up. Ordering another pair! Usually glovs like these cost alot more.

Work on your shipping time guys... everything else, i had no issues with. Product was good, nothing broken and works as i need it to 👍🏽

I bought this jacket - it looked so cool and exactly what I wanted!

Jacket looks really cool on the website.
Insulated, good "lined stand-up collar", detachable good hood with drawstring and a semi-rigid visor, waterproof, KNIFEPROOF, good zippers, zipper vents, great pockets on the body, on the sleeves, on the forearm, velcro patch holders on the shoulders. It looks really great, rugged, and exactly what I wanted for outdoor activities, like snowshoeing. I ordered an XL.

BUT WHAT I GOT, was a tiny package about the size of a potato or a coffee mug. The only parts that match what I saw on the website, is that is technically IS a jacket, and it DOES have a hood. Oh, and it might be waterproof. Other than that.... It isn't lined, isn't the right size (even though it says it's an XL - more like a XS or XXS), it doesn't have ANY of the 6+ promised pockets or "double layered" ANYTHING, I doubt it's knifeproof, and it's no where near the right size. I look like an overstuffed sausage. This makes me feel bad because I actually DO wear an XL in items. This jacket makes me look like I did BEFORE I lost 80 lbs!

But it is EXTREME as described. EXTREMELY MISLEADING. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. EXTREMELY different from what was advertised. I'd say the jacket I received is worth up to 1/10th of what I paid for it. And maybe it would fit my 7 yr. old granddaughter. Save your money and save yourselves!

HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE A 5 STAR COMPANY BUT:
These guys have the potential to be a lot better. As others have stated, their shipping takes forever. I've read a bunch of reviews on their Facebook page regarding this. However, the quality of the product I got is actually on par with big named brands. So if they can fix the shipping time, this is easily just as good as any top-tier brands. Good on you for not skimping on the quality Botevpeak. Looking forward to posting a five star review upon improvement.

Left a 3 star before due to not recieving my package but it arrived two days ago. My gloves fit nice and are very comfortable for motorcycle riding. Would give 5 stars if they had arrived earlier. Good all in all though!

Just some constructive criticism: Shipping should only take a week or two tops.(Forgivable given the circumstances however)

Literally my only complaint would be the shipping but I decided against messaging them due to their post on FB. My gloves arrived this morning and I'm honestly happy I got my order. After reading dozens of reviews saying they're a scam, I was honestly worried. So conclusion of all this guys is YOU WILL GET YOUR ITEM. Just wait it out. If this is because of the Coronavirus as they say, the least we can do is not harass them. They have enough on their plate. Losing faith in humanity as I write this.. lol

I have yet to receive even shipping order confirmation and I have purchased a gloves and survival kit two weeks ago, I have reciept and order confirmation, so this company cannot flag my response , I am a customer who has been bamboozled, they don’t respond to emails or their instagram, it’s a scam!

This is the last contract we have had. This store is not worth doing business with. Do not get taken in . I Gave this company my order number and the whole email conversation that THEY SENT ME! Now they want to say they don't know me!

This company is a scam or is absolutely horrible at shipping logistics. I am not defamatory nor do I have any defamatory intentions. Just a warning for anyone that happens to think this company is legit. Doing some research shows that they delete EVERY negative review and NEVER responded To my email regarding when my order would be shipped. I waited over a month before posting anything and never received a reply from the company. If whoever runs this site receives a request to delete this review I would be happy to provide my ACTUAL order summary and email that was never replied to as to why over a month after my order was placed I never received my order nor any type of update as to when to expect to receive them.

UPDATE:
As I expected, the company flagged my review as “fake”. However, if Trust Pilot would like to reach out to me via email as part of their investigation, I can prove that I am in fact an actual customer with the invoice from the company from 2/4/2020, as well as my inquiring email that was never responded to.

Also, the company has blocked me from commenting on their facebook

Message to the company: Send my order ASAP and I will stop submitting negative reviews.

Honestly, I saw this website's ad on my IG and decided to buy my husband the infamous gloves and another neat item from this website. I read the policy(takes up to a week to process order plus 2-3 week shipping). It's been almost 3 weeks and nothing has been processed. I contact customer service through EMAIL because they don't have a phone number and I didn't get a response.

I'm extremely patient and an easy-going customer but when you go out of your way to simply ignore a simply status check AFTER 3 WEEKS... Now I have to move forward and request for a refund.

I bought these gloves three weeks ago. I Never received them asked the company where they were and got blocked. I can only assume that this is not a real company and to not waste your money. I strongly recommend you dispute the charge on your card so they cant steal more money from people. Lots of bad reviews online not sure how they made it on facebook... since I'm not a customer I'll definitely be disputing the charge and making sure everyone knows you're company is a chinese scam company. Already reported to facebook as well. Haha credit card purchases are too easy to dispute why bother scamming anyone? Losers
