Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service! Wrong item delivered, claimed that it was too late to return (at christmas, when it was their error), no advice when they had received my return, and now telling me the item is out of stock when the website shows stock. Never again will I use this company.

Such bad customer service

Such bad customer service. Ring was the wrong size (even though I had another ring in another colour of the same number!)
They wanted me to return the ring, then told me they couldn't help.

Update: they just sent me two new replacement rings in the wrong size again and now their website is down!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 2 silicone rings, paid for 2 silicone rings and only 1 arrived with a packing note to say the other one was out of stock! Emailed multiple times and left messages on Instagram account and had zero response. No phone number to call. No response whatsoever. Awful customer service. Paid for 2. Got 1. Fab.

I think I’ve literally been scammed 😄

I think I’ve literally been scammed 😄. Bought a ring and it was too small so I exchanged it for a bigger size more than 3 weeks ago and still not received it. I’ve had an email saying it should be with me 2-4 days after sending it back and nothing. I’ve emailed and DM’d them across all social platforms and they still haven’t replied. It’s not that the customer service is bad, it just doesn’t exist. Save yourselves from being scammed and stay away.

Edit. (So it’s been a couple of days later and it’s finally turned up… 2 sizes bigger than I requested! Now they’re refusing won’t accept another exchange. I’m left with a ring too big and £20 down. Seriously avoid this company.

Edit to the edit. They refunded my £20 but left me with a useless ring. They’ve asked me to add details of the order or Trust Pilot will take down this review (a bit scummy). I will still stand on this hill of saying avoid this company. Buy a ring from Amazon instead for a fraction of the price and they are just as good. I’ve never had to go to citizens advice for anything in my life until I shopped at this company because of the lack of customer service and they leave you wondering if you’ve been scammed.

these guys are only interested in…

these guys are only interested in sales....don't give a toss about problems through faulty equipment....this was my complaint, written to them twice....NO REPLY.

Hello Guys,
The green band has snapped………no signs of wear, just failed 3 weeks ago (I’ve been a bit busy otherwise would have been in contact sooner). At the time I was using it to do the ‘thruster’ exercise, wearing socks (as usual). I only do 50 of these movement 5 times per week. It snapped 5mm after the end of the heat shrink (which contains the bulge to top the strap passing through). This end resistance section rocketed out at a hell of a speed hitting the roof 5m above me…………..my wife has banned me using them near her!
Anyway, I need a replacement and reassurance this is a one off please? Also I noticed I didn’t have any foot straps in my kit, is that normal?

Items never arrived

Previously ordered before and had no problems, but this time was terrible. Ordered a product, received the wrong product. Emailed and received a reply that my original item was out of stock and this one was sent instead, but my original product would be sent out the following week and I could keep both. Item received was too small due to the difference in design, asked for an exchange which was processed. The exchange, nor my original item ever arrived. Had to email multiple times for an item update, was told to wait another day and email as my exchange was shipped 5 days ago. No reply to my emails for two days stating item hadn’t arrived, at which point I requested a refund. Two days later, I received notification of a refund minus the shipping charges (despite never receiving my original product ordered). Poor customer service with often blunt replies to emails. Disappointed.

I love this range of silicon rings.

I love the range of silicon rings. I’ve bought 4 now for work and outdoor activities. The range of colours means I can colour code them with the rest of my accessories. They’re a really good fit and very comfortable and obviously much safer for work activities.
