Received item yesterday, a week after ordering. Very disappointed in the quality of the ring, rough unfinished edges.

Poor customer service
I ordered a ring but they sent the incorrect size, returns were quick to process this but I have test to receive my replacement and all emails have been ignored, I was also annoyed that I had to pay to send the order back when it was their mistake not mine, very frustrated with no replies to several emails.

Wearing due to arthritic knuckles
Arthritis has made it impossible to wear my wedding and engagement rings and I wanted to try a flexible ring to go over the knuckle but also hug the finger. It works great!

Great product and even better quality
Great communication, fast delivery and a really good product. I was a little worried about The sizing but it’s spot on fits exactly like my normal wedding ring, it looks great and feels great. It’s also very good quality

They advertised free returns and…
They advertised free returns and exchanges, this was not the case. When we went online to request the return there was only the option to send via our own payment method, eg: post office. We requested an exchange, confirmation of this happened fairly quickly, then nothing for 2 weeks. When contacted to chase they said they were out of stock but stock coming in that day. Waited another week and chased, asking for a refund to be told it had been shipped but not tracked. No offer of refund. Still no replacement. Poor customer service and communication, original product was good just the wrong size
