I had a great experience with Boucleme. The ordering, shipping, and delivery were seamless. I am just starting to use the products and really like them. I’m experimenting with the protein drops to see exactly what my hair needs. My first use was amazing! I had defined curls and very little frizz. I think I should have stopped there and not used it again for a few weeks. I used a smaller amount the very next time I washed my hair and the time after that. Too much! Lots of frizz. I will wait and use it again in about 3 to 4 weeks. The gel is fantastic! I like the hold and am able to scrunch out the crunch with good results. Overall very pleased.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this particular brand. And everything from checkout, customer service, to shipping and delivery are always awesome. The shipping is quick and easily trackable.

Definitely leaves hair softer and curls more defined. Would buy again

I liked all Boucleme hair products. Works pretty well for Asian wavy low porosity hair. Recommend it!

I use the super hold gel and protein booster and my curls love it! I would recommend Boucleme and look forward to trying other products.

I highly recommend the toning drops. Being in control of what product I add them to is so freeing. Love these!!

I did not like these products at all! My hair began to feel like straw when I was shampooing with the hydrating hair cleanser and didn’t feel any better using the curl conditioner. I stuck with it and used the curl defining gel but there was no improvement and I didn’t notice any improvement on my curls. My hair was so dry and didn’t feel any better after scrunching the cast out. I’ll be searching for another brand. Sadly, because I ordered the small sizes to “try out this brand”, I can’t get a refund. So, if you’re going to have to invest in the larger sizes to try them out, but i highly recommend that you skip over this brand and move on to another. This isn’t worth your money or time.

shipping was fast, product is awesome. However, I would almost give this product 2 stars for packaging. The protein and the blue drops are in this package that is hard to open. Upon opening the protein the cap and dispenser came off and I lost almost half of the product. The blue will only come off with just the cap and dispenser is stuck to it. I have to be very careful opening as the blue will stain. Also, the blue drops not have enough pigment in them for the price. However, shampoo, conditioner, and gel I will give 5 stars all the way

There was an error in what I received in my recent order, so I reached out to the company to let them know. They fixed the issue immediately and sent me the missing product, fabulous customer service and high quality products!

I would like to try it for longer. The first time results though 5 stars 🌟 🤩. I do suffer from best damage and I saw instant revitalized curls. I chose to use it with conditioner. And I saw a huge fiend with management.

The ease of ordering was great, products received in a timely manner but disappointed in the products. I was excited to try it based on the reviews and videos but felt like I had to use a lot of shampoo to get a good clean. Conditioner was nice. Used the styling products and initially it seemed like it was going to be great but within an hour after it was dried my hair was super frizzy and the curl was gone.

I purchased a small size of the wavy kit to give it a try.

I will try again and see if the outcome is any different as I do want to love the products!

I have long, thick, coarse curly hair. Over the years I have tried just about every towel, type of material, you name it to help my curls BE there rather than just limpy, fuzzy things.
Well, I have to say that this towel it THE FIRST THING that actually helped me achieve that.
Bought this towel after seeing a review - it was a good review; have to admit I was skeptical, but ultimately decided to give it whirl. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
End result: my curls stay formed as my hair was drying and I had a ton of my ringlets back! VERY little to no frizz. Very pretty!!
I am 1000% sold. HIGHLY recommend. Just follow the instructions!

I loved the curl cream, this was the first product I purchased, the shampoo did not work well with my hair, its drying, and the conditioner is ok, my hair is very dry I wish the shampoo and conditioner left my hair soft and detangled as the curl cream.

I have tried so many gels and this is the first one that holds without crunch! Thank you for the excellent product!

I LOVE the aroma.
I attempted the 30 Day Wavy Challenge. After 5 washes aka 2 weeks, every wash day by the end of the day my curls/waves were only at the tips, by day 2 Straight hair. At the end of 2 weeks I washed with a different brand and 3 days later I still have ringlets.
So sad because the ingredients are so healthy and it really smells nice.
I hope I get my money back....
