I loved the packaging of the products, i love the message behind the products/company. These products gave me great definition and shine. The hair mask moisturized my hair very well and the shampoo was very cleansing. I would love if the smell was a little better but overall these products are a must have!

The smell is definitely herby, maybe a touch medical. But the product is great. Leaves my hair soft and bouncy. I have loose curls/waves and love the results.

Both the bottles and scalp scrubber work beautifully.... The articles arrived seemingly in no time at all and were smartly packed. A pleasure all around....

Ordered the super hold styler gel. Has great hold without being heavy. This gel is great.

This reviews for their customer service. They were on top of it! They said the expectation that I might not hear anything back for two business days and they over delivered and got back to me the next day.

The smell of the products isn’t my favorite. The conditioner has no slip. I wasn’t able to comb though my hair

I actually like this product a lot so far and will continue to use it and decide if I want to purchase more or a larger size. So far, the results have been positive, so it is looking like I will.

I’ve gone on the Boucleme website twice to order the foaming dry shampoo. Both times the website has allowed me to place the order so obviously my assumption is that it is in stock but both times the order has been canceled on me with no reason in return. Not happy at all with how this company does things.

Love these products, I have type 3a-b curly hair. The curl crème keeps my hair moisturized and the gel is incredible at giving me good hold & yet is light enough to be used as a refresher gel. It has my has my hair moisturized, defined & shiny. This is my second reorder of the L sized products.

Great item, speedy delivery

Bouclème sent me two 100ml bottles instead of the two 300ml bottles I paid for. These 100ml bottles are just so small! They're travel size. And exactly 200ml smaller than I ordered. Bouclème does not have a contact number for me to phone them about this. Instead I have to wait 2 days minimum for them to return my email. It will take me less time to call my bank and have them get the money back. I more than likely won't be ordering again from Bouclème being that this is my first order/experience. You should have a contact number for your customers. Edit: They did email me after I submitted this.

I had high hopes for this one but after 1 use it left my hair so dry. It was like I washed my hair with salt water. I used the hydrating cleanser and it was just all bad. I followed up with the conditioner and it was no help. I will note I have bleached hair but before using Boucleme I was able to finger detangle in the shower. I take very good care of my hair, do weekly masks and treatments and I honestly feel this messed up my hair. I tried giving it a second shot but it was the same result. Wish I could return but in my excitement I tore through the packaging and threw it all away. The styling products were pretty good but the cleanser and conditioner were the worst I have ever tried.

I am still searching for my holy grail of hair products. So far, Boucleme is doing great! The curl cream seems to really help define my curls and the gel seems to have a great hold! The gel has "crunch" which I love, but not too hard. I am still experimenting, but so far, doing good!

I appreciated the fast shipping (they have a US warehouse), but the deep conditioner went everywhere. I was only able to salvage half the container. I think they may need to package their products better.

I can’t believe how good this product is. I have 3C hair and eczema. My hair feels amazing and I haven’t had any flares of eczema. In the am, i can actually lightly spray my hair and have it be manageable. Really amazing.
