I have wanted to try this product for the longest time, and it did not disappoint!

Great company. Easy to navigate, attractive website. Products that are striving towards sustainability which is one of the reasons I bought from this company. Effective products that I will most likely buy again.

I have used the original shampoos, conditioner and extra hold products. I tried the new, unisex shampoo and conditioner. I did not like the smell and it made my hair very flat (I have fine, combination wavy/curly hair). I will go back to the original shampoos/conditioner.

The shampoo and conditioner are okay and they get the job done. I am in LOVE with the stylers. I have 2a-2b waves and these products held them for a couple days, no problem! Would definitely purchase them again.

Amazing products... made my hair soft and defined for days.. absolutely loved the smell.

The product is fantastic- my daughter's hair is soft, silky, gorgeous curls that are not dried out on the ends. The scent is natural but it is a little too strong for me. We always know she has bathed and where she is by following our nose. It is a little pricey for the amount provided. My daughter has long hair so she uses a bit more maybe than other lengths.

Can I just say that I love Bouclème products! I have 3c/4a hair type as reference and they work very well!

I've only used once, but it did make a noticeable difference in my hair! Added three drops to both my cleanser and conditioner (medium-dark brown hair with reddish/brassy tones). Will continue to use. Would have given 5 stars, but it did leak a little when I first opened it, like the product oozed out of the top without me even squeezing or anything, I couldn't stop it and I probably lost 1-2 uses of product. The bottle is small, as previous reviewers have noted, but you don't use much, so hopefully it lasts. Will definitely continue to use, as I am pleased so far.

I am a convert for life. So grateful to this brand for making such an excellent product with natural fragrance. I can’t use anything else anymore!

Great products for those of us on a curly journey. My sensitive scalp is feeling the love. Do yourself a favor and add their hair towel to your ritual.

There was a good amount of information on the products to help me choose what trial kit to get. I did have to go to the UK site to find some of the information. It would be nice if the US site had the same content. Customer service was quick to answer my questions and shipping was relatively fast and hassle free.

Love the clean feeling my hair has and the curl cream is fantastic. My only complaint is the smell. I do not like the way my hair smells after using the product.

Was excited to try the silk headband but it wouldn't stay on my head at all and slipped off constantly. I couldn't even wear it once and when I asked to return it they said they wouldn't. Don't waste your money on this product!

*Update*: understand their policy is they can't accept returns for hygienic reasons but that doesn't mean you can't refund money for a product that doesn't work

I love the product in itself, but I think the packaging in which it was shipped was extremely wasteful and did not seem friendly to the environment. I only ordered two bottles of gel and it came in a box filled with plastic packing fillers. I understand this is to protect the product but please switch to paper or some box filler that can be easily recycled.

I have thick, 2b, 2c waves and they get weighed down easily. Boucleme hydrating hair cleanser and curl conditioner are my go to products. They hydrate my waves without weighing them down. I top it off with the Curl Defining gel. It gives me great definition that lasts until my next wash day.

I am always hesitant to order a new product, but I am really impressed with the curl and frizz factor here! My mom even commented on how good my curls look!
