Great shop, great advice!

Bought some shoes, they're really comfortable. Got them fitted in the shop and they're the best climbing shoes I've ever had! The shop assistant was very helpful.

They made my postman smile!

In short, this website is great! I ordered a pair of Mammut half ropes and they arrived promptly when they said they would, I'm even pretty sure the postman was smiling that day too (coincidence? I think not). But seriously, the service was brilliant. I would, and have, recommended Boulders to everyone I know.

Excellent customer service

Bought a harness and pair of shoes. Had to swap the size as shoes were too small but staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service

I bought some climbing shoes for my son from Boulders online store. They weren't the right size but Boulders handled the return and refund quickly and without any hassle. They even made a friendly call to me to try to offer an alternative. Will definitely order from them again. Thanks.

Good and Bad!

I had a mixed experience with Boulders

- It would have been nice to have received an email confirming the despatch of my order
- That said, the first part arrived inside 48 hours which I was really happy about
- I was dissapointed that the harness was out of stock, and there was no communication of this until I chased it (the delivery note simply stated 'to follow')
- When I did chase it up, and after a week it was still out of stock, they apologised and offer to send me a more expensive harness by special delivery - which made up for the previous gripe about being slow to communicate with me

So a mixed bag! Overall I am very happy with Boulders and will probably use them again, just maybe a bit more communication would be nice

Go here first!

Boulders was the only store with the junior harness my son wanted. Delivery perfect. Price as per RRP despite being a rarity! Thank you.

Amazing fast an easy sales

Quick delivery and a good range of very cheap but reliable gear , best discount shop online with a good stock of different products , I saved a lot against high street stores for the same quality product :) thank you very much

good service, great availability

only store in uk with a decent range of sizes for the Hot Chilli shoes, I bought shoes and a chalk bag, shoes great, chalk bag closing buckle broke within first 10 minutes, no reflection on the service though which was great.

Fantastic customer service!

We ordered some Mammut climbing shoes for our son's birthday. The shoes arrived very quickly but unfortunately were too small. We returned the shoes and were sent a bigger size by return. We were very impressed by the speedy and helpful service and our son is delighted with his shoes. Many thanks.
