Still waiting for half my order after 3 weeks
I ordered a pair of climbing shoes and a chalk bag. The shoes arrived fine after a week, but 3 weeks later there's still no sign of the chalk bag, despite writing them an email 2 weeks ago.
After the above review the Managing Director of the company emailed me to apologise and explained the error. Chalk bag on it's way now with a mysterious addition to the delivery to say sorry. Good response to mistake.
