My Saga alarm system was transferred to Chubb without my agreement. But Chubb never responded yo my email. They have just dipped into my bank account for £57.84; a one month dip ! You can not get through on the phone and their website does not work. There is a bright green light on the unit which would shine into the hall and bedroom if I had not covered it with unsightly parcel tape.
Avoid them completely.

Ref Burglar Alarms. This company ties you to them for maintenance contracts and are much more expensive for this service than other security companies. Recently had dispute over excess charges and have ended contract with them.
