I received my order quickly but the returns policy was difficult and lengthy. It took too much time and effort and in the end, they charged the duty on the postage since it went to Dubai. I would not buy online again and shop only in store. Easier.

Beware if you want to make a return!!!
I purchased an item for the first time and I need to return it. It is written in the return policy you need an RAN number on the return, or they won’t accept it.
I am unable to log into my account to get an RAN number and I have to change my password each time I try to log in and no matter how many times I change my password and attempt to login I am unable to login and my account is “temporarily suspended.“ I even tried to check them and go in and try and purchase an item and entered my email address and they say I had an account, so I tried to log into that account and receive the message: “We're unable to send the password reset email.”
I have written them several emails and I have been in touch with the help desk and their help desk sends me a password change link, which I use and then my new password is not recognized by Boutique1and then I start all over again. Now, their helpdesk won’t respond to me.
Thank God I use PayPal to Conduct my transaction. I know they will protect me.
[Revision 5/28/20: Boutique 1 contacted me to tell me they will be providing me with a RAN number so I can return the item. For some reason, they didn’t just give me a RAN number when they contacted me, so I wrote them back and requested the RAN Number again. That was two days ago. Perhaps they are celebrating another holiday? This is arduous and definitely testing my patience. Additionally, when I try to reach them in Dubai, I receive a message “the call cannot completed as dialed.” I looked up through Chrome and followed the steps exactly on how to call Dubai from the USA. Then I tried to call them using Hangouts. I’ve given up trying to call them. I’m on my third day since initial contact by them and have yet to receive my RAN.]
