Spent 200+ euros on the same jacket as everyone here. No answers to my emails, no track & trace code, no jacket, no money. And now they've also deleted the site. Disguised.

No answer for my emails, package nowhere to be seen, no tracking number, just horrible. Don't buy there

Ordered a north face teddy bear coat in size 8/10, waited over 2month for the coat to arrive. When it has finally arrived it’s in a size L and is totally fake! Have contacted the seller on multiple occasions to see how I go about a refund or exchange with no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Do NOT buy off this company, well they’re not even a company. I ordered their “Teddy North Face Jacket” in December 2021 , we are now on March 2022, still not received item , no refund and fake tracking number. Escalated this to my bank and small claims court.

I ordered my item in december 2021, it is now March 2022 and i have not received my item. I have spent over £150, given a FAKE tracking number and now they aren’t responding to any emails when i have asked for a refund! This is a joke! They stole other peoples products and sell them off as their own! Disgraceful! Scammers.

Bought 2 items, only one has arrived and the other still hasn’t been refunded after 2 months!! Absolute scam

Very unfortunate that it is not possible not to give any star! This would have been my choice.
I ordered a jacket mid-December 2021 which still has not been shipped mid-February 2022. No explanation, no excuse. I asked for a refund which, of course, has not been made, so I will file a complaint against Boutique by Lucy to save other customers. Save your money and time. Do not order there!

This is the biggest scam. I ordered a North Face jacket (which I found out are all fake from them) and over a month later nothing. They sold more than they have stock so took peoples money with no product there. They steal content from other people for their products. They don’t reply to emails. They deleted their socials to avoid people calling them out. You will not get your products from them. I have reported them to every fraud org out there. Save your money and time. I’m disgusted.

It is sooo bad I want to give it a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a… 1!

Still waiting for my daughters jacket to arrive been a month now, emailed and been ignored, terrible, I can see from reviews that it could possibly be a scam.

Stuff like this makes me sad. I spent £90 on this site, wanting to support a small business. She’s done nothing but scam everyone, ignored my messages and blocked me. I’ve reported her and the boutique & they didn’t sound surprised when I told them! Give people their money back or expect people to report you like I have. Deleted her site and unhappy customers comments and blocked everyone . Put me off shopping small - gutted . Would of been happy and wouldn’t of reported if she just gave me my money back :-(

Scam!! I have placed 3 orders from here. first one an item was missing. Then I waited weeks for the other 2. Only after I opened PayPal cases did she say she finally shipped them. Received the second order but items were missing again and north face jacket is fake.
She then used the same tracking number on the last order so it shows as delivered even though the real tracking number shows it’s still in China. Avoid shopping here!

Scam! My daughter ordered North face coat, they’ve blocked her on Instagram. Reported to ActionFraud with links to this site included and about to apply to Small Claims Court as messages from me go ignored! See you in court Lucy MacNab 🙂

This company is a scam. The jackets are not really from The North Face. They don’t reply to emails and DM’s even though they’ve read them!! Literally the worst. Don’t buy here!! They also delete comments under their Instagram posts. Then they emailed (?!) that the jacket I’ve ordered have been sold more then they have so they have to cancel the order. Even though after I’ve bought my jacket they promoted them a lot on Instagram and their website!! How could you do that?!

My 16 year old daughter ordered a sweatshirt from this company 1st January 22. Have tried to contact them but email, Instagram and telephone left message, no reply from any of them.
Used her Christmas money to purchase this and is distraught as she feels now she has lost her money.
Disgusting customer service, how many more people have they took money from not sent the item and not refunded.

amazing quality, true to size, amazing packaging and all had tags on, same colour as pictures, came on the day they said it would ❤️ thank u so so much i love my jumper!! would 100% recommend and will be buying again 💓
