Scam,
Orderd a 2 bags. Only one came and it was bad quality. I still did not get the other one nor did I get a refund. I have send multiple mails with my concerns.

Excellent product and superb personal service from Lucy who went above and beyond to make sure bag arrived in time for daughter’s birthday. Definitely recommend!

Placed an order, the item was poorly made very thin and not appealing so I contacted the about the return address and they replied rapid. I then I payed for my own delivery and posted it back! 3 weeks later no nothing, I contacted them multiple times and dmed the Instagram but no reply! I then had to file a lawsuit with the bank because I didn’t receive my money back for the return! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve spoken to many people with the same experience! I left comments on their Instagram and they just get deleted! It’s some girl who acts innocent behind the company but it’s a scam!!!

Absolutely terrible!
Ordered in November and it said it would have arrived by Christmas but it didn’t.
In addition, the tracking said it comes from CHINA while the website said it was UK. Definitely not handmade!!
They don’t reply to emails and DMs on Instagram and delete all the negative comments under their posts.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY”!

Embarrassment of a ‘company’. 4 weeks for order to arrive, “hand made”?! It came from china!!

Ignores all emails and messages regarding item, avoid them at all costs. Complete waste of time and money.

Bought a Dior bikini from them, 3-4 weeks ago for my holiday. Got back this morning and still hasn’t arrived. Disgusting. Doesn’t even answer emails.

SCAM Preordered a bag back in April and it never arrived. I emailed asking what was happening and she said I should have received it and when I said I hadn’t she just had not replied to my emails or dms in almost a month now. Do not buy!

Terrible experience with this website. Ordered 2 bags and never received either. Emailed and messaged the Instagram page for weeks with no reply or help. SCAM! the page seems to send out some bags to influencers and some customers etc. so they can post pictures on their page and never send products to some paying customers. Comments are deleted and turned off on the Instagram page if you ask for an update on your package or write anything negative. Disgraceful customer service, never again!! Going to attempt to get a refund off my bank now.

Placed an order and was advised 2-3 days delivery - this was back on 14th April. A week later nothing. Messaged the instagram page and no reply. No tracking details on the email either so couldn't track the parcel. Finally got a reply saying my parcel has been lost in the post and I can either re order another bag or get a refund. The bag I wanted was apparently no longer available so I asked for a refund. This is now another week later and I am not getting any replies.

***IF YOU HAVEN'T GOT YOUR ORDER OR YOUR MONEY BACK CONTACT YOUR BANK AND ASK THEM TO DO A CHARGEBACK AS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED GOODS!

Comments have been turned off on the instagram page and going by the other recent reviews this has happened to a few people!

scam, she promotes that she sells bags and bikinis but it’s a big scam you pay and never receive any product and they don’t reply to you and ignore all messages

Didn’t reply to any of my mails or dm’s, never received an order confirmation but I did pay.
