Unwearable. Very disappointed

Just received my order. The quality and fit is terrible, even though I followed the size chart. The lace was detached from the straps. No matter how much I tried to adjust it, the padded ‘bra area’ it wouldn’t go anywhere near the position it should go. I waited awhile for it to arrive so was sorely disappointed. I will be returning.

Terrible experience

Omg where to start
Ordered 4 dresses. Got a message weeks back saying 1 was out of stock
Still have not been refunded even though I have emailed them numerous times
I have now had the other 3 dresses finally arrive and I want to return them. They are offering me a £5 coupon to use on their site and and 10% discount on the dresses. What use is that if the dresses are no good.
I want to send them back and get my refund. They just keep emailing me and doing nothing about it
It’s been a painful experience and a waste of my time and probably my money
I have never not been refunded for something that is out of stock
I am still waiting to get the address to return these items
Avoid this company especially if you’re in the UK

I received my order but the quality isn't as I expected.
But most of all its the constant emails from you even after I've unsubscribed several times!!

sizes were larger than advertised for…

sizes were larger than advertised for the lingerie items and one of the tops. material was so thin on everything I thought it would rip when putting it on. I wish I could return it all, but the lingerie items are non-returnable and it doesn't make since to return just 2 tops when the price of shipping it back is more than the price I paid for the items. now I know not to shop this site again.
