The leggings received had holes in the knee and were tearing parts of the fabric as soon as opened. Other items were good quality and enjoyed.

The black one, the strap broke when I tried it on and I need to sew it all back together!!! The white does not look like photos. No point trying to return as I’m sure postage would be exorbitant.

The quality and the fast delivery of the dresses have surprised me. I’m more than happy with my purchase

Took quite awhile to arrive and dress is far too long, I’m 5ft8 and it still trails the floor.

The order was exactly the same with what you advertised on pictures and all the things are genuine 100%✔️ Keep it up. However, the delivery time was too long. I hope you will change your delivery method.

I am extremely upset because I paid £ 30 for a pair of trainers and never even got a tracking number or reciet for the shoes and I didn't get my trainers either .

I am fed up if being treated like garbage by these people .

I feel like I have been scammed yet again .

I want this to stop because it's wrong to steal people's money and not send the item .

I placed a order on the 3rd of August and still haven't received the goods.checked my order and was still being processed,checked again and now apparently I have no orders waiting to be processed or shipped and everything I ordered has now been put back in my trolley.its impossible to contact them to get a refund.i certainly won't ever use this company again

The items arrived ten days late and I was unable to get a refund. The customer service was terrible and failed to look into the issue properly.

Item was not as shown in picture, awful quality material, shoddy sewing. I returned the item to the return address shown on the packing label. I still have not received a refund as I apparently sent back to the wrong address. No customer service that is useful and they are refusing to refund.

My order arrived promptly and in good order.
Both tops were as described and I was pleasantly surprised as I was worried after reading other reviews. My only disappointment was the the elastic at the cuffs of the white and blue tie dyed top were too loose. Both tops have washed well.

Can not return item (lingerie), just lost £25. was offered 5 dollars spent money. Size way to small and not true (mostly chinese products ), lower quality. don't waste your time on this website

I enjoy finding online companies that offer good customer service and deliver quality products.

Unfortunately I shouldn't have used an unknown company (to me) to order underwear.

It isn't clear that ALL underwear cannot be returned. I tried on one bra that was huge around my chest, but with tiny cups. Ridiculously out of proportion and the quality was horrendous.

I didn't try any intimate clothing on, only the bra.

I wrote to them and asked to return all. They said they can't be returned, it wasn't clear on this point either.

I wrote back saying I haven't tried anything on other than the bra. No response but had offered me a $5 voucher that I obviously won't use.

Perhaps if they provided quality clothing, with good sizing, people won't argue about returning. If you refuse returns yet your sizing is completely off, it is unfair to not refund.

I will continue this battle with Boutiquefeel and I will continue to post honest reviews until I receive a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE LINGERIE FROM THEM UNTIL YOU'VE SEEN THEIR SIZES.

Great product. Size is spot on and good value for money and super comfy.
