An amazing experience start to finish
The team at Boutique Stone were lovely and helpful from start to finish. The website was easy to use and suggested a colour match for the grout for the tile I had chosen. I was a bit unsure about it (never had to choose grout before!) and messaged them about it. Alex was amazing and responded immediately with a picture of my tile with the chosen grout colour on top of it so that I could see the colour match (which was bang on).
The website also suggested to me all the add ons and quantities that I needed for the amount of tiles I had bought, and the option to have the company hold onto my order until I was ready for my project was invaluable. When I was ready to start my project, I just dropped them an email and once again they responded immediately and then my order was dispatched!
I would absolutely recommend this company with no hesitation.

Good quality tiles company
Ordered some samples which were delivered quite quick. We decided to buy the Terrazo style tiles with matching skirting. We are very pleased so far of the result.
The delivery was ok, they left me with the palette in front of the house, glad I live on the ground floor.

Good tiles and great return policy
Tiles arrived all well, and they have an amazing return policy. We had a few leftovers that we did not unbox, and after contacting them, they arranged a pickup for a fee that would be discounted from the refund (which makes complete sense). This made it very easy to return them. Thank you! Will buy again from you in the future whenever I need tiles

Amazing tiles and service
Amazing tiles and service. We had a few issues which were my fault as I ordered the wrong tiles. The staff were amazing and managed to sort a replacement quickly. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Incredibly good service
Incredibly good service, from ordering samples to delivery of the chosen tiles. It felt like you were dealing with a company that really looked after its customers, and everything was so beautifully packaged. As for the tiles we ordered, excellent product at a very good price. Boutique Stone van driver saved my life. I was having a break in my truck and I started having a seizure, he must have noticed something was wrong and he came and got me off the truck by himself and helped me, after he called and waited until paramedics arrived and then he left. I don't know his name but I just wanted to say thank you you're Godsend. I'm ever so grateful.

Boutique stone were excellent …
Boutique stone were excellent to deal with and really quick communication when asking questions about delivery. Quality was perfect and tiles look very good installed. I needed to order extra tiles as there was a breakage when our builder was cutting a tile and boutique stone worked with us and we’re able to get us replacement tiles really swiftly.
