Second time I've ordered from boutique Stone. I believe its under new ownership. Hasn't changed any. The tiles are brilliant and customer service is as good as previous 👍 slight issue with split tile. Resolved quickly hassle free. Would definitely recommend 👌

The tile order arrived a few days before Christmas and must say everything was perfect. The tiles are very good quality and would highly recommend this company - website has been down for a few weeks now but that did not affect my order. Thank you for your help throughout James

Had fab service for my main tile order back in Aug and tiles are gorgeous however I placed an order for additional tiles in Nov as I had run short come bathroom fit. My order was for £250, I then changed my order to a lower value as I didn't need as many tiles as my bathroom fitter once thought, I received the tiles in Nov however have not received a refund of £135 which I have been chasing now for 4 weeks. Website has gone down, phone not answered, Alex' email does not exist now and haven't had response from their main email.

We had the most incredible experience with Boutique Stone!

Our journey began the moment we received their samples—they stood out so much compared to others that we had no doubt who to choose. When we placed our order, we needed the largest tiles urgently, but they were out of stock. Alex and the team went above and beyond, ensuring the tiles were delivered from Europe as quickly as possible. They even worked through the night to prepare the package so it could be loaded onto the truck and delivered to our clients the very next morning.

But the story doesn’t end there. Later, due to unexpected on-site circumstances, we needed more tiles to complete the project, and everything was out of stock. Once again, Alex and the team performed a miracle, finding the tiles for us despite the challenges.

With immense gratitude and the most heartfelt sincerity, I highly recommend Boutique Stone. Their tiles are of the highest quality, and their approach to clients is unparalleled. After 20 years of experience in various countries, this level of dedication and service left us speechless.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience with this company. Bottom line is that we didn’t receive the tiles we were hoping to as the website had vague descriptions and some incorrect photos on the product pages. The company refused to part exchange because we hadn’t complained within their required 48 hours. We don’t really think that 48 is a reasonable time limit to impose during busy construction and feels unfair given the consumer rights act states 30 days right to return for non perishable goods. Based on our experience we wouldn’t recommend or use the company again.

I had many samples from several websites, but the sample I received from you was beautiful and it looked expensive 😍.

Service is great. Decent sized samples to get an accurate view of how they will look. Easy to use website with easy to use calculation for what quantity to buy. Goods arrived well packaged and protected - no breakages! Would like more information on site about laying Terrazzo tiles, to give the seamless look. Wish I needed more tiles : )

Both our deliveries arrived on specified times, delivered by fantastically helpful and cheerful drivers who helped as much as they could.
