I ordered two shirts from Ou Boutique stories. The other shirt was wrong size (ordered XS and and they sent me S) so I had to send the shirt back. I had to pay over 20 EUR postal costs although it was their fault. I've sent several e-mails to them and they answer very slowly or don´t answer at all. Very disappointed to their customer service.
