New Glasses New Me
From my initial phone call to collecting my new glasses from Bowens has been an excellent experience. After having to cancel my original appointment due to staff sickness I was seen on time for my eye examination, which was thorough, and then I was given very helpful advice as to what suited me for new frames. I have now collected my new glasses and am very pleased with them.

I can only echo the thoughts of other reviews on here. I had tried lots of opticians in the past, including the high street chains. I tried Alan Bowen because my husband spoke highly of them, but I've never been anywhere else since. Would highly recommend

I cannot praise the team at Bowen Opticians enough, they were wonderful with my two boys. They were both so nervous, and the team immediately tried to put the at ease. Fiona the Optician was amazing with them, she knew exactly what to say, in the end they felt like it was more of a game than an eye test. One of the boys needed glasses, they supplied me with lots of advice and helped him pick out his frames and comforted him with he got emotional. I Highly recommend Bowen Opticians!
