I purchased a pair of tuxedo shoes. They look and fit great I wear them with my tuxedo as well as my Bown smoking jacket.

Not impressed
After searching on line for what I thought was going to be a ‘quality’ summer dressing gown for my husband, I settled on purchasing one from Bown of London.
When it arrived, it was boxed in a very flimsy cardboard box & taped up with what looked like blue electrical tape. The box was completely crushed. The only interior packaging was hand teared up pieces of card board… not fit for purpose & most definitely not very professional.
Not only was the box crushed, but the gift bag that I had paid £10 for was crushed too.
Before even taking the dressing gown out of its bag, I noticed that the label wasn’t ever sewn on straight, it was completely lob-sided. I immediately emailed to start a return on Friday 6th Feb & didn’t get a reply until Monday 9th Feb.
The customer service representative was helpful & sent me a prepaid return label. I returned the parcel that same day & am still awaiting my refund to be paid.
Not at all impressed & not at all what I expected.

Shipping is so slow. It's going to miss Valentines day. Don't trust their estimated ship times, they are so not based on reality.

Treated myself to luxury dressing…
Treated myself to luxury dressing gown,I really expected the crème de la crème of gowns! Was a little disappointed I felt the belt could’ve been a bit longer the pockets are rather small and being striped the inside of the lapel stripes don’t match. I know it is what it is but for the price I expect TOP quality, and unfortunately I am left a little disappointed.

Great dressing gown
The product is great, beautiful quality and generous sizing. One star was lost because advertising was not up to date on stock availability, and the AI chat bot, was absolutely useless . It took emails and several encounters with the idiot chat bot before a human could be reached to sort the simple problem out.

Exceptional service, and quality of product!
When my beautiful robe first arrived, I realized I ordered a size too small. I sent Bown an email and they responded within a few hours on how to make the exchange! Along with great service, the quality of craftsmanship and softness of their robes is definitely a five star. They are my new favorite for robes and sleepwear!
