We have contacted the customer and arranged to collect and replace the delivery.
We would ask that anyone who has an issue with their delivery to contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible in order for us to resolve the issue.
In this instance we have had all stock inspected as well as having a full glass and sharps review as per our BRC procedures. We have also highlighted the issue to our transport company to see if the package was damaged and re-packed in transit. There has been no broken glass found on-site and the images supplied do not match anything on our glass register.

Great product, I'm a new repeat customer
Good product, well wrapped easy to assemble from flat pack. I only order 1 pack, to see what they would be like. I will be a return customer, a small thing for others but the wrapping has allowed me to keep them tidy and easy to store. I craft and make bespoke sewn items for customers, and the strenght of these boxes are great for what I need. Well recommended, buy for your size and weight of items. I'm so pleased to find boxes that fit my items and do what is needed without costing a fortune. And all are recycled too.
