Fast delivery, wrapping caused distortion
Delivery was next day which was great, but the boxes came tightly wrapped with plastic. It was so tight that the wrapping distorted the outer boxes and has rendered them unusable. Other that that the boxes themselves are of good quality, so no complaints there.

We paid for next day delivery to Isle of Man but did not recieved our parcel to date.Was pickup on 13/5/2024 no delivery up to 17/05/2024!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have just been made aware of the issues that you have had with your recent order from us concerning the delivery. We always try to resolve any issues once we know about them. We have contacted our courier and are being told the parcel is out for delivery today 20/05/2024 with the driver at stop No. 1 and you being stop No. 7 we don’t have a delivery time, sorry, please accept our apologies for this and the inconvenience caused. Regarding the “next day delivery” our delivery option is for next working day delivery to mainland UK only, as your postcode is in the Isle of Man this falls into our courier’s zone D there is no next day delivery for your area unfortunately, with an aim of a 48-hour time frame but could take up to 3 working days.
