Nothing but good things to say about…

Nothing but good things to say about Boxt.
Had my boiler installed in 2023 and all went really smoothly - 3yrs later no problems.
Just contacted Brooke, from customer service, and she was extremely efficient and sorted my problem out quickly.
Can’t recommend more highly!

An excellent end-to-end experience

An excellent end-to-end experience with BOXT from start to finish. The online booking process was simple with a next day appointment available, which was important as our hot water Nest heat link had failed. Alex Rolfe arrived on time with good communication pre-arrival, quick diagnosis of the problem and subsequent replacement installation of the faulty heat link. Thank you Alex and BOXT.

Easy to order / Very quick install…

Easy to order / Very quick install date. Communications from ordering were swift and clear and the installation was on time, neatly done and with cleanliness and respect. Product excellent and works perfectly. What is there not to like about that ?? Thanks !

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy, communication before and on install day was great. Boiler arrived at 8.45 engineers at 9.15. Boiler fitted by 2pm. Stair coverings and dust sheets, left the house immaculate

The guys were great

The guys were great - very professional and friendly. The only downside was the installation date being pushed back a day, late on the day prior to arraned installation and it not being made clear that the courier was also pushed back a day. I wasted a day's annual leave waiting for a courier who wasn't due until the following day. The courier was friendly and professional too.

Installation Left Incomplete and System Unusable

The installation was scheduled for 9 June and the indoor and outdoor air conditioning units were installed yesterday. However, I was informed by the installers that an electrician would also attend to complete the electrical connection and commissioning.

Unfortunately, no electrician attended, and nobody contacted me regarding a new appointment. As a result, the system has not been connected to the power supply, has not been tested, and is currently unusable.

Because the electrician did not attend on the installation day, no commissioning tests were carried out and nobody was able to demonstrate how to operate the system. I am therefore left with an installed air conditioning system that cannot yet be used.

I would appreciate urgent clarification on when the electrical works, testing, commissioning and handover will be completed.

Fantastic service

Easy to order online, and upload photos of the existing heating system on the app. A very helpful engineer the phoned to query my choice of boiler as it was much bigger than my existing faulty boiler, and for my needs, he identified a more suitable boiler which was a big saving on the one I'd ordered. A refund was issued the next day, which was also installation day. My engineer arrived on time as confirmed in email and worked professionally and efficiently to replace my system in the day, leaving no mess. I'm absolutely delighted it was all completed so quickly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Incredible service

The whole experience, from ordering, installing and doing the final earth testing was seamless. BOXT were able to install the new boiler in less than 2 days from ordering!

Craig came out today to service the boiler, rang beforehand to say on way. He's been before, great bloke, really friendly and does a nice tidy job. Excellent service again
