I sent a S21 5g to them 2 weeks ago

I sent a S21 5g to them 2 weeks ago. They said I had lied about the screen. They said it was heavily damaged and they could only give ne£20. My phone was kept in a case which covered the screen and I luckily have photos of it before I sent it to unboxed. So demanded my phone returned. Dreadful company and will be reporting them

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. My order was placed, payment taken and no delivery of the purchase. Once I was able to track it, it said it was delivered but it wasn't. I finally was able to get customer service who informed me it was accidentally marked delivered even though it wasn't and then it was determined that it could not be shipped internationally (I'm in Canada). This information was provided 3 and half weeks after I purchased it. It seems to me that it was marked delivered in hopes that I wouldn't notice I didn't receive it however, this was a $1900 purchase. I feel like I was being scammed. No one bothered to reach out to me at all - I had to do the digging to find out what was going on. My first and last purchase with this company

Too good to be true

If you saw a discount that was too good to be true, it was! I ordered a Samsung Frame TV for $668 and they never sent an update about shipping so I asked for a refund and it was honored. That was good of them, but they shouldn’t put things that aren’t in stock on their site in the first place. Not sure why Google marks it as a trusted site.

Z4 G4 Front Chassis Fan - Brand New in Box

The fan was brand new in the box and worked perfectly in our HP Z4 G4 workstation to get rid of the front fan not detected error after adding a higher power video card. Only downside is conversion rate from US to CDN and the shipping and duty but I couldn't find one anywhere in Canada.

Received the purchased item within a few weeks. Amazon has spoiled me on faster shipments, but your price was over $100 cheaper. Worth the wait. Thanks!

Canceled Order Then Mark Up The Price

I ordered a 55inch Frame TV Model QN55LS03TAF for a Christmas Present for $975 they then email telling me that they dropped the tv damaging it so they can’t ship it out to me until August 2023 but then they relisted the same model of TV on there website for $1624.99. So much for it not being available until August so they clearly had no intention to ship the tv probably only want peoples credit card info. STAY AWAY

Great company

Easy to order the delivery was super fast, the packaging was also great. There was no damage to the bose 700 box. Would order from Box Unboxed again.

I recently sent an email advising that I wanted to return some thing because I accidentally ordered it. To this day I haven’t received a response. I’m happy with the product I received from box unboxed, but not the lack of a response.

I wish to rescind my earlier review of…

I wish to rescind my earlier review of my experience with Box Unboxed. As stated previously, I was hacked and charged for multiple orders placed by crooks unknown on Sunday, 9/25/22. Owner Angel Pacheco of Box Unboxed, unfortunately, was just filling the order placed to them by the online shopping platform, which appeared to be legitimate. Two days later, 9/27, when AGAIN multiple orders came through for the same items to a different shipping address, Mr. Pacheco called me and cancelled all future orders...saving me thousands of dollars! Yesterday, I heard again from Mr. Pacheco and he kindly provided me with as much information at his disposal for me to pursue re-imbursement from of the first two orders (already shipped out to the thieves) from the online shopping platform originally placing the orders to Box Unboxed. In short, Box Unboxed was NOT AT FAULT, and I deeply regret my earlier review! Thank you, Mr. Pacheco!
