Was good, but now so many ads on the app it has made it useless, I don't use it anymore.

The camera is good but you can t get on the app in time to see anything because you are bombarded with adverts and need to close thr app at least 3 times before you get to the actual camera view. Wish i d seen reviews about the app.the camera works well .

Garbage, good luck keeping it connected long enough for it to be of any use what do ever. . you could have this thing hardlined to the Wi-Fi and it would still not stay connected

Purchased the boykeep pet camera K30 still in warranty but just packed up working. Did all the instructions to try and re-set the camera but nothing would work. Got in touch with boykeep customer care and they advised me to carry out all the instructions I had already done. Got in touch again telling them that nothing worked and they told me they wanted a video of all sounds from unit but the unit is dead. It appears that boykeep customer service don’t honour there warranty and advise customer to be wary of purchasing any products from this company. I have since disposed of the faulty product and looking at other brands.

This company are not what you want in a secuity camera company. There is no 1800 phone number and all correspondence is done through e-mail. I purchased what I believe was 7 day 2 year. This was also what was emailed to me and paypal. Now they say this was a lie from them. They say that what I stated was purchased is no what I am getting since then. They can't handle the issue for what I purchased. They now that paypal ruled in their favor that they don't have to hold up to their end of the deal. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS.
