I have been asking for my withdrawal from my account I told someone I had a hold on my bank card due to it been lost they have said a replacement is on the way its not my fault you can't withdraw to my old card so just asking for my 115 to be put in my account I added a monzo card this morning to which I deposited 5 pounds I thought you would have put it in that account many thanks Lorraine

Scam bookies...
Scam bookies.... I've been using this place for a while and I'm beginning to notice the odds aren't what they should be. The in store odds are way worse then online and the odds they makeup are a joke. It's not a fair reflection on the outcome. An absolute scam place stay away. As soon as started to place less bets in there the usually grumpy women was asking if I'm OK and is everything alright ? I said, yes instopped coming in here. I'd say she misses my losses. Don't ever go here go to PP or online just not this vile place

Hi,I find the site easy to use...mostly,sometimes it can go a little odd,almost like a crash.
When I asked a question,it was answered quickly , though it varied a little from what the wheel told me,but never mind, anything free is a bonus.

They were fine to watch me deposit time and time again but as soon as I won and tried to withdraw I was told i needed to upload several documents including ID, utility bills, bank statements, real time photo of myself, pictures of the front and back of my bank card. I am fully aware of the need for affordability checks\AML checks, KYC checks but this should be done much sooner, its bad look for them when they're fine to take your money time and time again then all of a sudden the checks apply when you try and withdraw legitimate winnings.
