Absolutely no problems! Reviewed other companies and this was the best price for my BROKEN phone and not just by a short margin either. Was kept fully informed at all times and received money to my account very quickly, sent phone Thursday and had money on Monday! Would gladly send my phong ones here again!!

Following some initial problems, I was contacted by Brendan O'Malley.
I was asked about my issues. Our discussion highlighted some glitches that did not allow a smooth process for me! He has taken my comments fully on board.
I must say that Brendan carried out a very good customer relations exercise & restored my faith in Bozowi!
Credit must be given where it is due, they came up trumps!
I now have no hesitation in recommending them to Family & friends.

Their word is as good as gold
When I decided to recycle my Samsung Galaxy Ace, I looked at reviews for the various recyclers. Of the ones that seemed trustworthy, some made you pay for Special Delivery then wanted 3 to 5 working days to send you your money and some wanted 10 days or more.
One company (Bozowi) stood head and shoulders above the rest - offering to pay the postage for you AND pay you within 1 working day of receipt. I chose to receive my money via Paypal
Bozowi received my phone just before 3pm on the Wednesday and barely over 90 min. later, Paypal notified me of a deposit for the full amount promised.

So bad I think it's actually run by aliens
Just terrible. Took nearly TWO MONTHS to get the money to me for the handset, didn't bother to contact me to let me know. Several messages from me asking where my money was went unanswered, eventually they grudgingly replied to me that they were having technical issues after I threatened them with trading standards. Never experienced such dreadful customer service in my life. Will be telling all my friends to never use them.

Our records show that you placed an order on 10th July to sell us a Nokia Asha 201 in working condition.
I am very confused by this talk of you waiting two months for your payment. We received the handset on 17th July 2013 and it was booked in at 4.43pm. We tested it straight away and it passed our testing at 4.49pm. The following day at 4.21pm we sent a payment of £10.00, the full working price, to your nominated bank account. So the whole thing seems to have been completed within 24 hours of receiving your handset.
You say you sent us several messages that went unanswered and we eventually replied, when you threatened to report us to Trading Standards, saying we had been having technical issues. We have all the correspondence relating to this order and there are no emails from you, chasing payment, or otherwise.
I can only assume that you have used another phone recycler as well and you have mixed up the two experiences because your review here in no way matches up to our records. If I have any of this wrong please, please contact me on 08456 890815 to let me know.

Despite several attempts to contact you to discuss this you have not come back to us.
Your version of events is enitrely at odds with our records and you haven't come back to us to say why this might be.
We paid you the full working price for your handset within one working day of its receipt.
I can only assume that you are, or work for, one of our competitors and have placed the order with us purely so you can leave negative feedback and damage our reputation. It is a shame that people feel the need to do this but it clearly shows that while we are a professional, responsible organisation some others are less so and will stoop to any depths to derail the competition.

Did you know BOZOWI are one of only two same day payment genuine recycling companies? Any other company claiming to pay same day or 1 day will have terms and conditions saying they will pay the same day but customers won't receive their money until 3 - 12 days later. We pay the same day and our customers get the money in their accounts the same day READY TO SPEND :-)

I recycled my Blackberry with Bozowi and I was impressed not only with the speed but also the honesty of the company. I have recycled with others before and I have always got a phone call from trying to bargain down the price by picking faults with my return. Not witjh Bozowi. They gave me the price quoted with no futher questions. I will use Bozowi again.

The service was amazing! Literally a day after posting I received the money straight into my account! They offered far more than any other company for a faulty phone (just the screen was cracked).
