Super Duper service
This service was first class. Within a week of getting a quote, I'd received the envelope to send my handset in and the money was transferred to my account. Highly reccomend this service and will use this service again.

Brilliant site to sell your old phones, with the condition my iPhone was in I didnt expect to get a great price for it. But bozowi offered a great price for a faulty phone. Will use this site again in the future.

Recycled my phone with bozowi after going on a comparison website. Their prices were by far the best. Especially for faulty devices. Very clear website. I also contacted them with a querie and got a speedy reply! Great company to go use!

This was great as they give a quote on-line then send you the bits and bobs to send the phone back with. I sent it back and they paid the advertised price with 4 days of me sending the phone, straight into my bank. It was fab and really easy to use and much much much better than all the other phone recycling companies as Bowzowi paid much more money than them. Very handy, thank you very much Bowzowi!!!

Quick, easy and reliable service!
As a first time customer of Bozowi I was not sure what to expect, but they were quick and the money was in my account the same day the phone was checked in. I ordered my mailing bag on Tuesday, posted my phone out on Friday and received my money on Monday. Would definitely use Bozowi again when recycling my old phones. The service was exceptional. The packet was sent out straight away and checked my phone within one day. Overall it took 6 days from ordering the pack to getting the money in my bank. Highly recommend and brilliant company.

Waited 28days before I received the payment, I'd given up and thought the phone had been lost but to my surprise I was credited nearly a month later

Initially a bad experience, but put right in the end.
I did't get what I wanted from the company to begin with and was given a significant amount less than I was originally offered and this was for no good reason. However, this has since been corrected and I received an excellent phone call on the back of my complaint and have been refunded the money I originally missed out on. This has given me more confidence in using the company again.

Sent them two phones in very good condition after checking their agreed value, and got a cheque for roughly one third of the agreed value. Much better off selling as spares on ebay. Stung once, would never use or recommend them again.

I have looked at the order you placed and can see you sent us two handsets - an LG Viewty KU990i, and an HTC Desire. Our original offer for the LG handset was paid in full as it matched the criteria we tested it against.
Unfortunately the HTC handset would not power up at all. I can see you sent it to us as a non-working handset but we still need to be able to repair these in order to give you the full price. Because it would power up at all we deemed it to be beyond economic repair, so we offered you a scrap value for it as we were able to salvage some parts from it.
I am sorry you are unhappy with the outcome of this and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you.
