Hi Mandy,

Thanks for your review, it's greatly appreciated. We just wanted to let you know that your phone wasn't just tracked from door to door, it was also tracked throughout our building. This lets our customers know exactly where their handset is, down to the very department it's in. Just for a little more peace of mind, we also internally track exactly which engineer is working on the handset, so we even know which desk it was on and when!

We're not just all about speed, we also like to provide a quality experience to our customers.

Thanks for your comments, we always appreciate the feedback. We have worked hard to be in a position to offer the speed and quality that we provide our customers, so it's always fantastic when customers pick up on it. There is currently only one other recycler in the industry that offers genuine same day payments, so we really do take pride of that fact.

Thank you for your review. We are seeing an increase in consumers who are recycling with us as opposed to selling on auction sites the advantages are numerous when selling to us compared to selling on an auction site.

The auction sites are constantly changing the way they work, they provide the ultimate protection for the buyer but this results in protection being reduced for the seller. No matter what the issue even if the seller is clearly in the right the auction sites will always side with the customer. For example one has only to look at the feedback on these auction sites to get an idea of the problems sellers are facing.

Price is also a consideration, a consumer pays to list their items, pays a commission when they are sold and they pay’s to receive the money. The final price that the consumer receives is not far from or quite often less than what they would receive from Bozowi. Then they always have the worry that the money they received could be taken back by the auction site in the coming months if the buyer from the auction site decides to take advantage.

Until the auction sites start to vet their buyers they will always be a risky place for consumers to sell their items.

Bozowi is a hassle free option for sellers of mobile phones and all other sort of electronics, we take all the hard work away from the seller along with providing competitive prices and outstanding customer service.

Thanks for your comments. We're pleased that the service was too your liking and even more so that you were impressed with the speed and value that we offer. Because of our respective positions with the market and the business models that come with those positions, you'll almost always find that we offer more than the bigger recyclers such as Mazuma and Envirofone. Just worth keeping in mind if you ever need to recycle a device again!

Thank you for your review, I notice your were paid by cheque. Did you know that we offer what we call a true same day payment service? Where we send the payment by bank transfer and the payment is in the customer account ready for them to spend.

Many other recyclers claim to make same day payments, what actually do is send the payment the same day the test the device, but it does not reach the customers account until 3 days later.
