I sent my phone sony xperia z1 compact by special delivery on saturday and because it was a bank holiday weekend it was delivered on the Tuesday I received an email to say it had been booked in at 1pm and money was in my bank a few hours later, very fast would highly recommend to everyone who wants to recycle their mobile

I found this company on Google & have to say they are one of the better companies for buying mobile phones. They gave me an excellent price for my old mobile & dealt with the transaction very efficiently & the money was transferred into my account very quickly. I would recommend this company to all my friends who wanted to dispose of their old mobile phones.

I received great service from this company, the pack came through very quickly with good clear instructions inside. I sent my phone recorded next day delivery and received my full payment within two days. They also kept regular contact to keep me up to date with the progress of my order which was very reassuring. Excellent service, really quick, the give you the money same day of the revise, and the money they give You is more than others services.

I made my order to sell my I-Phone 4S, pack arrived in the post within 2 days, sent my phone off the following day. All seemed speedy. However, Royal Mail showed that my package arrived on the 28th April, but my account did not 'receive' it until the 30th April. It seemed to go for testing straight away, and I got a note on my order saying it had passed testing on the 30th April. However, by the 4th May I still had not received any email updates or received the payment. I emailed to chase on the 4th, and received a call back today at lunch time, and the money was in my account now at 6pm. If they improved on the time between they passed my phone on the testing and when I received the payment, I would have given 5 stars. Price offered was significantly better than other competing companies considering it had a cracked screen.

The whole process is surprisingly as straight forward as it's advertised on their website (I say surprisingly because I never sold anything online before, so was a bit skeptical)

I placed an order on the 12th (Saturday), free postage bag was dispatched on the 14th (Monday) and received the very next day. I sent my phone by post on the 16th (using standard delivery 2-3 days which bozowi already paid for - hence "free postage")
Since the company was on break for the Easter holiday (from 18th to 21st) they said they'd attend to all orders on the 22nd, and sure enough, I receive an email on the 22nd saying my phone was received, the testing process didn't take long, and I received the full payment that same day around 4:30 pm (using faster payments which took about and hour to reach my account)

I'm very satisfied with my order, and the price was definitely a good deal.

Tip: try avoiding placing orders just a day or two before major holidays or early on the weekend just to reduce stress & unavoidable waiting time.

Website is easy to use and the whole process is very quick. From when I sent in my phone to receiving my cheque I had lots of emails giving me updates. The price was also very good, infact it was the highest i had seen. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future .
