Purchased online with the promise of a speedy delivery as stated on their website. Money taken straight out of our account straight away. Paid £68 for 5 tins of fence paint. Four tins arrived two and a half weeks later. Only one tin is usable as the other three tins are damaged and the paint has leaked into the plastic bag covering the tins and into the cardboard box surrounding them. The fifth tin hasn’t arrived. I have tried to find a telephone number or contact details for the company but to no avail.

Have not delivered product. Do not answer email or phone calls

Unfortunately we never received our order, I hope this company gets reported about taking money from customers, and not delivering their goods.

DO NOT USE! Placed order 18 March 2026, no communication but took money straight away. Tel number not now recognised and emails bounce back...has this company gone into liquidation or stopped trading etc? Cannot communicate at all with them.

I have had to get Barclaycard to claw my money back as I have heard or seen nothing of my order . Unable to contact seller through email or by phone , emails bounce back and phone number does not exist.

Items ordered but not delivered and all contact details are false so you can’t get in touch.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I believe this is a scam site. The phone number doesn’t work. The email address pings back. I didn’t receive my purchase. Even the building is cloudy on google earth.
DO NOT purchase from BP Tools. I can’t understand how sites like this remain online.

Had so many reminders to review my experience with this company. Ordered product on 5th March no email confirmation of order even though payment taken!
Tried to call number on website and number not recognised!
Sent email enquiring about my order no reply!
Sent email to email at bottom of review request no reply!
Called bank and told have to wait 30days before they will refund money paid!
No idea if I will ever receive my order as no way to contact company and they never respond to emails!
If order ever arrives I will be amazed as such poor customer service its beyond belief!

Haven’t received the tools yet!

I am still waiting for my Harris Extension pole. I think it is a scam but unable to say for sure as unable to make contact by phone or email.

Did not receive confirmation let alone what I ordered, cannot get in touch with them.

Ordered a drill throught marketplace on b&q. Drill never turned up. Had to get refund from bank. Sent numerous messages through b&q and actually b&q who were also no help what so ever. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bought item through b and q website and they said bp tools was a verified seller! Was meant to receive the item 4 days ago, but the item hasnt been dispatched yet! Tried to contact seller on a number of occasions to no answer back! Contacted b and q customer services and they said I've got to wait 48 hours incase the seller responses to their e mails, but I'm not feeling confident! Told b and q customer service I think the company have gone bust but they say I've got to wait the 48 hours to see If they respond, not holding my breath! Avoid BP tools!

I ordered my item on 9 February 2026 and the item was never dispatched from BP Tools despite me trying to contact them via email their own customer support and via telephone. Please don’t use

Highly suspect that this is either a scam company or they are or are going bust. Do not order anything from them. I ordered a toolbox from them on 05/03/26. Received no email confirmation of my order. Tried ringing them but automated message said number did not exist. Contacted my credit card company to block any future payments to this company and arrange for a refund. Please don't order from BP Tools.

Delivery took 25 days to turn up! No reply to emails or phone calls! Do not understand how a company so bad can still be trading! Take my advice use someone else.

I am disappointed with the service I received. I have not received my order and I contacted them by email and I am still waiting for a reply.

I wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering. Order placed, money taken (stolen), nothing received. Have tried emailing and telephoning, absolutely no response. Note to self..... no matter how small the order, check the reviews!!
