Showing prices in Euro was a little bit tricky, but since it was cheaper to install it myself that having to get e technician to install it (because I could not get the part anywhere else) I saved some $$

Where were you logged in from when visiting the website?
Our platform should automatically convert to the 'local' currency of your IP address, so if you were located outside of Canada (or VPN via another country), it is possible you were shown non-CAD prices. If you were in Canada and not using a VPN service, please do send us further information via email, as that should not be the case!

HRV System Wireless Timer
I have a HRV system in my home and the wireless timer stopped working. The company that installed the system would not let me order a new timer, instead wanted a service call to diagnose the problem, order the part and then another service call. I found BPH Sales on line and contacted them about the model number. Riley was so helpful in responding quickly to my email and I was able to order the part, have it delivered quickly and I was able to sync it with the system and it worked perfectly. This company saved me a lot of money and time!

Product selection assistance...great advice
I appreciated the input and guidance in assisting with choosing the right HRV and controller for my home. As I would be installing myself; additional input "purchase the ducting locally to save in shipping costs" was well received to save some $.
The only constructive criticism I can offer... wiring for the controller could be beneficial to offer when purchasing... especially the most expensive model.
Although I've not had the opportunity to utilize the unit (Venmar Air Exchanger A160H65RT | AVS N-Series with Virtuo Advanced controller) much as I like to leave the windows open in summer; I am confident that it will work well throughout the colder months experienced in North Eastern Ontario. Particularly, as I heat with wood and my newly constructed home is very 'tight'.
