Online Order Process Lacking
The Online Purchase it self was fine. It was after that that was lacking. I did get emails the orders was processing but not estimated date. I then got an email say the order has been shipped. Once again no date. The was no courier company listed and no tracking number. Did not have a clue who or when the item would arrive. The item showed up in my mailbox. The box the item was open. it did not show any signs of having any type of taping to keep the box shut. The item I order was in a sealed bag so hoping the item will work when installed. The $20 delivery fee was a bit steep as well. I could have picked up at the Sales office here in Regina but was told I could not since I do not have a company entity.

Regarding the local pick-up, we don't do local pick-ups direct from our facilities due to internal regulations. Whether you are a commercial or private purchaser, this remains the same. Apologies if this was not made clear to yourself pre-purchase.

Great experience
I was able to talk to a person on the phone to get advice about the HRV unit that I needed. Shipping was very fast. HRV unit is installed and works very very well. Much better than the unit that was previously in my large house.
