The customer service team at BPH Sales provided great service. I had previously purchased an HRV and was expecting to be able to use the existing controls that I had. That didn't work out, so the BPH team quickly confirmed what I needed and shipped them out. They also provided the 'HRV package' discount pricing, which was great.

Received a damaged product that was manufactured over 2 years ago. Unacceptable delays in receiving replacement parts.

Thanks for your feedback. After checking into this further with our technical team, this switch had been sent to the manufacturer who performed testing that showed this was damage caused by incorrect user installation. In these scenarios, we are quite limited in what can be supported via warranty as installation errors are not covered.
Apologies we can't help further here, but please make sure to hire a professional when installing electrical units.
We hope to have you back again and please don't hesitate to have your professional installer contact our technical team prior to performing the installation if there are any questions.
