Wrong controller
Wrong controller, no parts for older models, very slow to fix the issue. Will not accept a bad part returned. Lack of information and transparency throughout.

Unit was damaged when delivered
Received the unit from some Purolator subcontrator at 11:36 this morning. The box was pretty banged up. Upon inspection of the unit I found a nice big dent in the acces cover. It was hit hard enough to unclip the hinges. The styrofoam packing was in pieces. I have photos of all of it.

Bosch USA are theives…
Bosch US sales, poor service. It is unreasonable to require a customer to pay a restocking fee for an exchange. It seems like Canadians are left with no alternative but to be taken advantage of. This issue will escalate as I will ensure that individuals are aware of the American Bosch manufacturer's unethical practices towards Canadians, such as charging $700 for a simple boiler exchange.

At BPH Sales we try our best to offer a range of products from leading manufacturers and multiple price points to match our customers needs. So if required in the future, please contact our technical sales team prior to making any purchases to explore all of your brand and price-point options.
We do recognize Bosch is not the cheapest option available, but, we also strongly believe that you do get the quality you pay for with Bosch - which is why we continue to work with their products.
Of course, if a wrong product is ordered there are, naturally, re-stocking and return costs involved as these boilers are large items that travel by freight and this drives up your overall costs.
