Best of the best

Once I started using BPS they're the only guys I use for kit buying.
They always manage to find everything I need and always manage to beat out other prices.
When you're in a panic they sort out your problem every time. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Top professional service

BPS have been a very trusted company to me for many years. Friendly very professional service. Lee is excellent with advise on the latest equipment and also providing speedy delivery with my camera and kit requirements. I will always use BPS and highly recommend them.

Lee is an excellent, knowledgable and helpful bloke. He returns our calls promptly, orders what we need regardless of the value and puts the other broadcast suppliers to shame with his customer service.

Bad customer service. Look elsewhere if you need something fast.

Bad customer service. I desperately needed a replacement tripod plate for my Sachtler. Found on BPS in stock and saw they had next day delivery. I ordered Wednesday as I had a job Monday which I needed it for. Claimed it was dispatched Thursday. Waited in all day Friday but nothing arrived. I chased them Saturday as again nothing arrived and only just now have received an email to say it won’t come till Thursday a whole week after dispatch. Avoid if you need something quick and avoid if you’re after good customer service as they won’t reply to emails until it’s too late.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that you your order did not arrive in time for when you needed it. I can see the order was dispatched on the Thursday and the service used was a next day delivery service. I apologise that you did not see or hear from the courier on the day it should have been delivered. Unfortunately, the office is not open over the weekend, so emails are unmanned during this time. I am sorry you felt let down by us and that we were not able to provide you with a prompt delivery on this occasion.
I do hope that we get the opportunity to provide you with a better service in the future.

Great prices but weak customer service

BPS have great prices but their customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. Twice recently I have ordered products from them which came with a European plug and no adapter.

When I try to get in touch with customer service I'm given vague responses that their team will be in touch soon and then I don't hear anything until I chase them again.

I really want to like these guys because they do some great prices, but I've just been very disappointed by their lack of quality customer service.

Bose 700

I bought some Bose 700 headphones for at least £50 cheaper than anywhere else.

These are UK sourced so warranty is valid etc.

BPS posted them really quickly- so quickly that I was not even aware they were being delivered!

The only regret I had was not looking up a discount code for first time buyers - I could have saved £10 :P Oh well, not a complaint, just my fault!

Great company to buy from.

Professional Experience

I recently purchased a Panasonic camcorder from BPS
Due to current Global supply chain issues, I was having difficulty locating the model I wanted BPS ordered the model direct from the manufacturer and kept me updated with emails (Shelley and Carol) whilst Jamie was helpful when contacted by phone. Overall I found the company professional, and the shopping experience pleasing and efficient.

A bitter, bitter service

There is no customer service here.

Contacted them through their Facebook IF they provided an NHS discount.
I was asked to produce a photo of my ID, which I did. They then asked if I was sure I didn't work at a different role (as per my Facebook profile) and I explained I got a new job at the hospital due to effect of CV on my industry.

I was given an essay that I should be ashamed that I work in HR at the hospital and wasn't a front line worker and how dare I ask for a discount.

I started a new job at the hospital and just asked if they provided a discount. Didn't need the life lesson.

A bitter, bitter person on the other end who quite clearly needs some customer service skills.

Black Magic Order during Black Friday SALE

Ky served me today as I was buying the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, an absolute DREAM camera for me. They ran me through everything seamlessly, answered every question promptly and with friendly attitude. My order is being shipped today, so expect a follow-up review once the product arrives.

Brilliant, friendly customer service. Brilliant Job!

FOLLOWUP (27/11/20)

The camera arrived not just next day, but the next MORNING. A massive surprise to me as I've never had something delivered that quickly in my life.

The camera works flawlessly with my EF lenses from my previous kit and everything was packaged safely and securely. Delivery driver was really friendly and I dug into my device as soon as I possibly could.
