Ripped off
Ripped off. Sent mobile phone and they did respond quickly with an updated offer that was about £100 less than advertised. They said the phone had signs of "light wear" and sent a video showing the phone in perfect condition. Bewildering. This was a phone that was approx 3 months old and had been in a case and screen protector since day one. Lure you in with good offers and then drop you down. NEVER AGAIN.

Posted phone using prepaid lable on Wednesday. By Friday I received an email confirming the phone received and that they were happy with it. On Tuesday payment was in bank account.

B S Offers not honoured. Of course they will deny.
I sent a galaxy flip phone 3 after being informed I would receive £160, after they received the phone they then reduced the offer to half that at £80 and told me the phone was dented, luckily I had taken pics of the phone the night before posting proving no dents at all,when I challenged them they just said ok we’ll just send it back.
Rubbish service, they half the price no matter the condition.

Website easily guided me through the process. Kept informed by email and reminded to post device. Payment arrived as promised. Only improvement would be to provide a printerless postage option as I had no access to a printer at the time.

Very fast service posted my phone on Saturday arrived to fonebank on Monday 10am and they processed my phone in 2 hours and issued my bank transfer. I got money in my bank within 48hour. Definitely recommended very fast easy and nice service.
