Good price for old phones, money received in a matter of days
Was looking at exchanging old mobile phones for cash. Fonebank offered a good price compared to competitors. The process to send the phones was easy to follow. The phones were received at Fonebank the next day & within 3 days the money was in our bank account.

Too good to be true? Yep !
Offered me £60 for my phone which was reasonable and less hassle than selling privately. After spending £9 on Special Delivery they downgraded the offer to £30 claiming an issue with the screen (which was immaculate). What a con! Be wary.
