Good price given super fast payment received,I've used fonebank over many years and it's always been a fantastic service which never fails to impress.

Super-speedy service. Have used them many times and wouldn't use anyone else! My wife used someone else and they suddenly reduced their offer, she had it back and resent it to Fonebank who accepted it! Don't go elsewhere!

At first, I sent my phone to a different buyer who were offering more money. They proceeded to send me a video of a phone that wasn’t even mine, not even the right colour. Got it sent back straight away and sent it off to Fonebank. They had the money in my account within a couple of days, no trying to lower the offer or tell me the phone was damaged. I’ll be using Fonebank again, for all my phones, from now on.

This is the second time I've used Fonebank. Like the first line, yge experience was exceptional. Posted my phone back using their freepost 48 hours tracked returns on a Saturday morning. Received email on Monday saying it's processed the return and money will be in my account in the next few days.
On Wednesday the money was in my account.
Spot on!

Simple and easy. Sent my money the following day. Will definitely use One bank again..

I liked the customer service but i didn't like that the phones i sent them became faulty . So i got downgrade by original price which I didn't like ni either.
After the downgrade the new price was 30 % less and I was paid in two instalments separately on different day.
I had to pay the post my own , so it was an other minus in profit. The lady I talked to was kind . The service is useful.

We always use FoneBank as their prices are good and they always pay you the day they receive the phone .
