Sent Wrong Item, No Return Label Provided”

I am dissatisfied with my experience with Braceley & Co. The company sent me an incorrect item and acknowledged their error. However, despite this, they have not provided a return shipping label as required under their stated return policy.

This lack of follow-through raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and adherence to its own terms. Customers should not be burdened when the mistake is clearly on the seller’s side.

I would advise others to exercise caution when purchasing, based on my experience.
