I am very disappointed in the way the three rings fit together. In the picture it appears the outer rings are rounded to fit with the center ring. This does not happen and the rings are somewhat uncomfortable to wear.

I guess your company assumes I recieved my product but as of 1/6/2021at 8:49pm I have not..not panicked by any means bit just a bit dissatisfied

It would have been 5 stars if it had pins to hold all three rings together so they didn't keep moving around. Other than that it's a beautiful ring!

I got no shipping information, was mislead by what the website told me, I ordered this for my wife for Christmas and I don't even know if it is going to be here in time for Christmas. This will more than likely be the last time I order from here.

The 3 RING SET were not banded during shipment to keep them in place during shipment but the MASSIVE issue is that one of the 3 ZIRCON SETTINGS has a MISSING STONE. So disappointed with this COMPANY. I used to buy from them and have bought the collector plates, and the 3 beautiful Bradford dolls. I am seeing some very unfortunate issues with the quality and the business. I am a senior at almost 80 years of age and don't have a camera, to take photos of...this issues.I have sent many emails to get this missing stone issue resolved to NO AVAIL.......they ignore me and then SEND THE SAME COMMENT BACK TO ME ABOUT 12 DIFFEENT TIMES NOW......LIKE I AM DEALWING WITH A STUPID ROBOT........ I will get the DAMN STONE REPLACED MY SELF.......THEN YOU TELL ME THAT ALL ISSUES NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IN THE 120 DAY TIMEFRAME????????THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE as you don not RESPOND for up to 4 weeks when I do send you information. THIS IS A HUGE RIP OFF COMPANY NOW, and do you know how many people I TELL ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IN BUYING 2 DIFFERENT RINGS TO THE TUNE OF ABOUT $275.00 - $300.00 THAT YOU TOOK OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNTS? GO TO HELL BRADFORD>STOP SENDING ME ANYTHING. JACKWAGONS!!!!
